Welcome to the Beach!

Unit 203 greets you with a mural stretching the length of the entry hallway. Other unique art work is found throughout the unit.
Granite counter tops, a smiling whale, and an interesting frog are features of the kitchen.
In the living area, the new sofa features a charging spot for recharging your telephone and a chaise section with storage for the sofa bedding. The head rests are adjustable for a lower or higher profile to suit your likes. By lifting up on the back the armless chair turns into a comfy chaise. A curious Pelican keeps a watchful eye over the room.

The light, airy bedroom is the perfect place to relax after a busy day on the beach. In the adjoining bathroom, caricatures of people at the beach and the “Evolution of a Beauty Queen” are sure to bring a smile.
On your private balcony, a high patio table with swivel chairs allows you a great view of the beach. This unit is located near the west end of the building, letting you relax in the shade and enjoy the breathtaking early morning Sunrises, along with the wonderful Gulf and beach views. Nearby stairs allow you quick access the beach without waiting for an elevator - It is just steps away!

Don't forget all the wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, plus Tennis courts and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals. Complimentary Beach Service (March 1 - Oct 31) comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella and is available to you daily! did we mention - we are directly located on our very own Private, White Sand Gulf Beach. Beautiful Beach Front Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is by far the best place we have stayed in Destin so far. We had a view of the beach from our balcony and the walk to the beach was very short and easy. The condo was nice and the staff were friendly. We will definitely try to come back!

Check-in Review and Suggestion

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in process is UNPLEASANT! I have been coming to HSaR for over 20 years and checking in has become very unfriendly in the last few years. I called about 11:30am to see if our unit was ready early. The man told me that there was no way he could check to see but sometimes guests are allowed to check in after 1pm if the unit is ready. So we arrive at 1:30 to find that the office is closed until 2pm for a meeting which he neglected to tell us about. We decide to wait the 30 minutes... only staff doesn't return until 3:30 and no one answers the number we were instructed to call. Customer service seems to be the least important factor. Many other vacation management companies are willing to contact the incoming guests with a simple text or email when/if their unit becomes available earlier than 4pm. It could a win/win situation if you would do that. Guests would feel special and be excited. I am quite sure that I am not the only person "wasting time" in Destin waiting to check in. And it would alleviate the rush at 4pm when everyone is trying to check-in. I don't see any down-side to doing this. Some management companies even request the clean-up company to try to complete the units with bookings first so that they can charge the guests 1/2 a night if the unit is available and the customer check-in is before 12 noon. That is "free money" for you. the unit is ready and sitting there empty. Why not capitalize on it! Put a clause in the rental contract "Please do not call and request your unit early. IF it is ready, we will notify you and offer early check-in for an additional fee of half of a one-night fee."
