This is a beach view condo with easy access to many adventures. This secluded condo complex offers panoramic views of the gulf, sand dunes and pass from the balcony. It is a short walk to calm water beaches, the gulf, and Norriego Point. You are able to walk to favorite fishing spots off of the jetties and snorkel in East Pass. The nearest public beach access is O'Steen Beach Access off Gulf Shore Drive on Holiday Isle. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with sleeper sofa, laundry and full kitchen.
There is a wonderful view of Destin fireworks from the deck or beach. The unit has wireless internet, a 2-car tandem garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and 2 bikes for your use. Our garage door has a standard single car garage opening (H-77" x W-93"). Our unit is on over the garage so there is a flight of steps.
Our unit is close to Target, Winn Dixie, The Track, Big Kahuna Water Park, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Indian Bayou Golf Club, spas, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House (our favorite restaurant), Henderson Beach State Park, Destin Commons and Destin Harbor Walk where you can enjoy the night life, watch the fishing boats come in with their catch, and rent jet skis or boats for your pleasure.
We are in walking distance ( 5-7 minutes ) to the bay across the sand dunes where there is a calm beach and the snorkeling boats take their guest. It’s the same amount of time if you walk to the Ol’Steen Beach pathway. From our condo it takes approximately 15 minutes to walk down the jetty and arrive to the gulf where the waves are.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The area is very safe, and the place is very clean. Our kids and I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach at night time and look for crabs. I definitly will consider staying here I again.

Ups and downs

Pros -Host was friendly and quick to assist. great view and most nights able to see fireworks from porch. All appliances work well and environment was comfortable. Beds were comfy!Cons - WiFi was out entire stay, tho host tried best to fix. The garage area and door need some maintenance. The parking was a hassle even tho I read and agreed it gave me anxiety parking. Overall was a great stay and would go back.

Amazing find for Divers

This one is a charmer. We had a little snafu upon arrival but it was immediately rectified. For small condo it was spacious and fit all 6 of us really well. We didnt cook much but it was a well stocked kitchen. As for diving this location is closer than the parking lot for the only jetty dive in the area. We walked to the beach with our gear. Beaches are pretty full with charters during the day but it does calm down in the afternoon, had some amazing sunsets there. Really a great find if you want to move a little slower. So close to so many great amenities Destin has to offer.

Condo in the Dunes

The apt had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. We were visiting relatives in Niceville and were out and busy most of the four days, but found it peaceful to come back to this place at night and wake up and breakfast 'at home'. Only issue we had was trouble accessing the apt with two different front door keys that were unmarked and difficult for us to figure out. Also not being to immediately reach homeowner for clarification wasn't helpful.

Family vacay

The condo was nice, clean, and comfortable. It had most essentials and was a pretty view from the balcony. The garage parking was not ideal. It was very hard to pull a minivan into the very tiny garage and it would definitley not fit a full size truck, which we almost brought. This is the only option for parking. Also, the beach access that the host speaks of is not accessible to the condo. It is a private beach and you will be kicked off. We did a lot in Destin and overall had a great stay.

We loved it!

The place was cute, the beach was beautiful!!! It's a small workout walking to the beach over the sand dunes but the water there makes it worth it! It has a great snorkeling area. We will definitely be back.
