This 2 bedroom apartment is idyllically located in the sought after, high end, quiet, residential resort area of Half Moon Bay St Kitts . Nestled between the mighty Atlantic Ocean, and the warm Caribbean Sea and a 18 hole championship golf course. It is buffered on both sides by the grand Marriott hotel and the Koi Hilton as its neighbors. They offer extra amenities for guests of Spa, Golf and Casino for further indulgence . Also in the area are specialty restaurants, Korean, Japanese, Indian. Steak, lobster and seafood for your further satisfaction.
The apartment faces South East with spectacular sunrises and of course incredible ocean views of the neighboring islands of St Marten , St Barths and Antigua and Nevis. It’s also minutes away from the popular golden sand beaches on the Caribbean Sea side in Frigate Bay. Here you will find local affordable Restaurants, offering a variety of international menus , water sports and sports Bars.
Also just minutes away is a new shopping Plaza with a super market, Duty Free Shopping, and the recent addition of a bakery and cafe offering mouthwatering tempting pastries, breakfast lunch and snacks menus, means we got you covered from every angle 👍🏾😅 there’s places to hang out with free WiFi.
We are 10 minutes from the airport and downtown Basseterre the capital city. Here you will find Port Zante the Cruise ship port, sport stadium, churches, lots of shopping, the local fruit and vegetable market, fishermen with the catch of the day, commerce and street buzz ! The Ferry Terminal, is located here for your next adventure to our sister island of Nevis, the birth place of Alexander Hamilton, one of the founding fathers of the USA. Nevis is just 30 minutes away or 6 minutes from the South East Peninsula side of the island PLEASE NOTE:

Our host Beulah was amazing! She was so warm and welcoming and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us out by grocery shopping for us in advance of our arrival as well as calling the car rental service to get car rental set up for us and have them deliver the vehicle to us. When additional towels and toilet paper were needed, she provided those straight away. Of course the view from this rental was gorgeous!

Home is in a beautiful location on a hill among many large, gorgeous homes overlooking half moon bay and golf course. Beaulah was so friendly and talked to us & showed us around when we got there. The property was simple and just what we needed at a great price for our 4 day stay.

A slice of paradise

What a beautiful spot. I loved staying here and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. The little porch facing the sea was a wonderfully serene spot to have my morning coffee. Belulah was a kind and gracious host. I look forward to coming back some day!

The best view. No noise and a calm atmosphere. The house is a little old but it’s perfect for a vacation. Owner and property manager are great and easy to get a hold of. Couldn’t have picked a better spot on the island.

The view from this bright pink house on the hill was amazing! The hostess was as kind and helpful as any you will ever meet, and she holds a wealth of island knowledge which she shares with guests (as well as on a tour). St. Kitts is a treasure...rich with history, natural beauty, warm people, and an ongoing process of making itself better in all things important from education to ecology.

Beautiful view, challenging hills

Absolutely. breathtaking view and very clean, In my personal opinion the apartment can do with some upgrading, furniture and utilities need to be upgraded. The hills are very challenging if you use a regular stranded car. I do recommend a jeep or something similar.

Exceptional and peaceful ocean view

Peaceful, private, incredible panoramic view, and lovely terrace from which to enjoy it. Several minutes walk to the beach and golf course, although climbing back up the hill took some effort. The sound of ocean waves and breeze was everything you needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. Beulah was the best, she answered all our questions and assisted us when we needed it. Beautiful location and view.

Beautiful Scenery in St Kitts

Absolutely loved our trip to St Kitts. Our host Beulah was great the minute we arrived and getting us settled. Extremely helpful and friendly. The house is true as advertised, overlooking a beautiful bay. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the bay. The location was central to most everything. Our stay was just what we needed. We were treated like family. At the end of the trip, Beulah gave us a tour of her garden. Loved it, even the monkeys. Sorry Beulah, they are so cute. Would certainly stay again.

Our stay was an awesome experience! From the moment we entered the property we fell in love. Location, location, location- was relaxing and so welcoming. We were lost in tranquility. The ocean view was priceless! The apartment was clean and roomy but cozy. Ms Beulah was just an amazing Hostess. She’s friendly, warm, and just a “people-person”. This property I built myself having first purchased the land.
I live in the top half while the bottom half have the 2 apartments. The location is perfect as just 10 minutes from the airport and the same for downtown Basseterre, the commercial capital city that buzzes with a Cruise Ship port. The apartments have 180 degrees views, seeing St Marten , St Barths , Antigua and Nevis making the uninterrupted views truly incredible, stunning and breathtaking. The magical sunrises 🌅 on the ocean horizon just leaves me breathless and giving God thanks! No need for a gym here as the idilic hills , beaches and pristine Ocean breezes does a good revitalizing job ! I also have a set of golf clubs ( left handed ) given to me by a friend if you are ready
for a game.
