Amenities include 2 gazebos, freshwater swimming pool, barbecue area , direct access to Atlantic beach (not recommended for bathing due to rough waters), beach lounge area for sunbathing and lush tropical garden.

Sealofts is located on Zenway Boulevard which is very convenient for those without a vehicle as supermarket, restaurants, nightlife and the Caribbean beach are all within short walking distance. There is a taxi stand directly opposite the compound and Caribbean Paradise Realty (property manager for this unit) is directly across the street from Sealofts.
