1-room studio 36 m2 on 3rd floor. With sloping ceilings: living/dining room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Kitchen (mini-oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. View of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 56. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Studio très bien placé à 2 pas de l’avenue Marcel Proust avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et une vue sur la mer .Idéal pour mes fils qui étaient à 100 mètres de l’école de kite surf. Bon rapport qualité prix, immeuble charmant et à taille humaine.

location parfaite, seul bémol d'importance le ménage n'a pas été effectué (poussière épaisse sur les meubles, , égouttoir et évier gras, cabine de douche non nettoyée ni récurée depuis le départ des anciens locataires,serpillère du balai et brosse de l'aspirateur non nettoyées.

Nicht empfehlenswert.

Diese Wohnung kann nicht empfohlen werden. Es fehlte ein Fuß am Doppelbett, sodaß man schräg liegt. Die anderen zwei Betten sind extrem abgenutzt. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber. Die Dusche war kaputt, ebenso die Duschtür. Die Wohnung an sich und Lage sind OK. Altes aber schönes Mobiliar, aber nicht sauber. Wohnung roch stark nach Insektenspray. Die Vermietung läuft anonym über Interhome, die sich hinter allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen verschanzen und kein Entgegenkommen zeigten. Wir wurden nicht entschädigt. Die Organisation ist umständlich über Hotlines, Mails, Telefonistinnen die untereinander nicht kommunizieren. Ich reise oft über Privatanbieter und war immer zufrieden. Interhome nie wieder und diese Wohnung auch nicht zu empfehlen.
