Amazing host and very nice area of the city. Great places to walk to and quick Uber drive to everything. Very comfortable beds and living quarters. We would definitely recommend.
Classic Midtown Memphis “bungalow “ with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Centrally located, yet quiet and slow paced. The Cooper-Young neighborhood is a perfect base for a stay in Memphis.
Our family came into town for a wedding. Place was clean, had plenty of room for our family and it was in a safe neighborhood. Host was good with communication. We would stay again.
Very nice property!!! It is close to the great Cooper Young shops and Eateries. We start out a little rough with AC problems but it was quickly resolved by the property owners. It's an excellent property, close to everything Memphis has to offer...I recommend this property 100%
We very much enjoyed our stay at this Cooper-Young neighborhood home. The house had lots of charm and the owner was very responsive when we encountered a minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.
Place was clean, offered complimentary coffee and tea, and in great location. Owner provided information for nearby place we can dine and shop which was awesome. We will definitely stay at this location for next Memphis trip.
House is very nice, spacious, and looks exactly like the photos. It was also spotless and we were provided with all of the essentials. The location was also convenient. A lot of restaurants were available within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable.
Reserved this property for a writing retreat for me and my graduate students. It was great - lots of space to write, with desks in multiple bedrooms. Everything was well appointed and was great to be able to walk to Cooper-Young and even PeCo. Would defintely reserve it again.
We loved Memphis!! So much to do that we didn't book enough days!! We'll be back. Loved the home as well. It was in the perfect location to get to all the museums and restaurants easily. Great home in a quiet neighborhood. We would defintely rent again!!
Location is great. Easy to get anywhere from here. The Cooper-Young area is nice, lots of food and beverage options. Only negative about the house is the low water pressure, if looking for a relaxing shower at the end of the day, won’t find it here. Other than that, the house was a best fit for the 5 of us adults.
All the girls met in Memphis for a wonderful weekend full fantastic food, laughing and Wicked the musical. The house was great and met all of our needs. The neighborhood is fun and historic. The owners were wonderful and helpful. They even put up with my terrible forgetfulness when I left something important behind. They helped me locate it and were able to return it to me. Highly recommend!
We were so thrilled with every detail of our short stay at this listing in Memphis.
Had an incredible local feel and charm while also providing a comfortable place to stay after our day at Graceland.
Only 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we visited including a quiet but fun night on Beale Street.
I would recommend this place for any group looking for a good time in Memphis with incredibly communicative hosts who clearly take pride in providing a great experience for the guests they host.
The house is as described. Good for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was very close to everything we wanted to do in Midtown and only about 8-10 minutes to the zoo. The host was easy to communicate with. We would stay again for another weekend.
Location was great. Our main purpose of visiting Memphis was to go to Graceland and the location was perfect for that. Not a far drive to visit any other area within Memphis either.
The location was great, beds were very comfortable. Curb appeal was wanting and living and dining room furniture was shabby and uncomfortable. The kitchen was not stocked for people who wanted to cook and there was no grill.
The house was decorated very nice and very clean. It was very well stocked and comfortable. The only thing my family and I didn't like was the noise from the airplanes overhead. Planes were going above the house every few minutes, which made it difficult to get to sleep. The house was very close to many things.
We loved this property! The house was spotlessly clean and adorably decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was enough room for all 8 of us (5adults and 3 kids). It’s in the perfect part of town, convenient to everything. My family and I found so many GREAT places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone going to Me,phis!
