About this property

A couples get away

The house is located in a very rural area of Rock Hill, only a minutes from NYS 17, and just an hour and a half from NYC. You have the casino just several miles away. You also have the Basherkill area for hiking and fishing.
The house has been newly renovated so everything is in great working condition.
This is kind of a tiny house but comfortable and cozy with only 800 SqFt you have a nice ly out, with a barbeque and a back yard fire pit.

Property was occupied by others

Very disappointing experience. On the morning of the arrival day, the owner of the property called me to inform that the property was already booked by other people through other website. So we did not get to stay there and had to scramble to find another place to stay.

Beautiful mountain getaway!

This property was fantastic! I was initially pretty nervous because the listing was so new, and there were not any reviews yet. But the photos looked beautiful, and the price was right so we decided to risk it. John was very quick to respond to any messages which really put my mind at ease. Once we got there, the place was perfectly clean and cozy. The lights had even been left on for us which was really helpful because of the heavy fog on our drive in. We had a great weekend exploring the nearby waterfalls with our toddler. I would highly recommend staying here!
