This townhome features floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood and slate flooring, a great room with gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with gas range, dual master suites, a washer/dryer, BBQ and one-car garage. Enjoy pond and forest views from the private deck.
Guests of East West Hospitality enjoy access to ‘The Pavilion’ featuring an outdoor, year-round, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and bar/grill. Golf, tennis, a waterslide, playground and ski shuttle service to Northstar California are offered seasonally.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

The house was clean and comfortable!

We had a fantastic time staying here! The house was clean, spacious and the view was beautiful. We can’t wait to plan another trip!

We had a wonderful time in Truckee. The property was perfectly sized for our family of four, and the community was so nice (helped us locate a small sledding hill). I would absolutely recommend this property to others.
