This townhome features floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood and slate flooring, a great room with gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with gas range, dual master suites, a washer/dryer, BBQ and one-car garage. Enjoy pond and forest views from the private deck.
Guests of East West Hospitality enjoy access to ‘The Pavilion’ featuring an outdoor, year-round, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, and bar/grill. Golf, tennis, a waterslide, playground and ski shuttle service to Northstar California are offered seasonally.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.
