For shared use: property 10 ha with plants and trees, orchard, courtyard. Garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra), heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking. Grocery, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sestri Levante" 1.5 km, sandy beach 1.6 km. Tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Chiavari 10 km, Moneglia 10 km. Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, die Lage ist wundervoll & generell ruhig. Mit dem Rad 5 min zum Strand/Altstadt. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war für uns jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Kommunikation ging auch mit unseren wenigen italienischen Kenntnissen. Unsere Wohnung hatte keine direkte Terrasse/Balkon, dafür gab es einen schönen Innenhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fliegengitter gegen die Mücken :-)

Very basic but functional

We have been renting this apartment for years. Every time we come, it is more basic. This visit, the 2 living room lamps were gone, leaving none in the living room. The key holder loaned us one from his bedroom. There were no couch pillows. One couch was covered with a sheet. There was no fan to borrow (it got warm and the mosquitos came out in force). The drying cupboard door has been broken for quite some time. Bottom line - some work is needed indoors and broken items need replacing.

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût et à l'ancienne, partie d'un ensemble d'appartements dans une ancienne villa Durazzo reconditionnée. Un peu léger en ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, éclairage dans la pièce de vie à revoir (beau mais pas assez éclairant); torchons inexistants Mais au global, cadre et location très agréable

Kiva paikka mutta joitakin puutteitakin on...

Sijainti on rauhallinen ja hyvä liikkumiseen paikkakunnalla ja esim. junalla toisiin Ligurian kyliin ja kaupunkeihin. Paikalla oleva kiinteistön hoitaja/avainten luovuttaja on todella ystävällinen ja avulias! Kohteessa on kyllä kuvauksen mukainen suuri puutarha, mutta sitä ei ole juurikaan hoidettu eikä sitä pysty hyödyntämään virkistyskäytössä. Kohteen yhteiskäytössä olevat pihakalusteet ovat myös melko heikossa kunnossa ja ne on sijoitettu pienelle sisäpihalle. Niiden hyödyntäminen tämän huoneiston osalta on melko hankalaa esim. ruokailuun tai kahvitteluun. Asunnossa oli paljon vanhoja puisia kaappeja, yms. jotka olivat heikohkossa kunnossa ja sisäilma oli luultavasti tämän vuoksi ummehtunut. Parin päivän tuulettamiseen jälkeen tilanne kuitenkin parani.

September 2017 Stay-14 nights - Apartment Rosetta

Our September stay at Apartment Rosetta in Sestri Levante was wonderful! This was the 5th or 6th time my wife and I rented that property. The apartment is comfortable and is truly our home in Italy. Sestri is a wonderful seaside community and we have gotten to know many of the local people. So much fun! We appreciated XXX of the Interhome staff in assisting us with this stay.
