Modern apartment in a very silent area, kitchen + living room with sofa-double bed, 2 double bed-room, 1 bathroom and 2 balcons. First floor with elevator. Nice view on riding school and beautiful hills. Air conditioning, color TV, 5 bikes and 1 canoe available for guests. Easy parking. The apartment is very easy to reach by car, 3 'from the highway exit. 10 'walking from the train station. 20 'walking to the beaches or less than 10' by bike, supermarket is 5 'walking.

Sehr nette Vermieter, große helle Wohnung

Wir verbrachten unseren spontanen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und der Reinigungskraft im Voraus und vor Ort war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr groß und hell. Etwas verwirrend fanden wir die Kleidung die in einem Schrank war. Vermutlich von den Vermietern als Zweitschrank genutzt. Es gab jedoch genügend leere Schränke für unsere Kleidung. Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten von der Sauberkeit besser sein (Dichtung der Waschmaschine, kleiner Wasserschaden im Bad). Sehr vorteilhaft für uns als Familie war der Aufzug und die Klimaanlage. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Ein Nachbar hat leider oft mit seiner Frau gestritten aber wir waren tagsüber oft unterwegs. Von der Lage ansonsten sehr ruhig gelegen.

Un séjour magnifique

L'appartement est très agréable, très confortable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. Une place de voiture est disponible en garage et les vélos mis à disponibilités sont un vrai plus. La résidence est très calme et bien située. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement.

Really comfortable apartment exactly as described .

We were very well welcome. The apartment is exactly as described . The AC was a real plus. The city is lovely, it was our base to discover the area . We found a lovely cafe at the gas station , amazing fresh orange juice, croissants, focaccia and the best cappuccino .

Great apartment

Well furnished spacious accommodation. Very pleasant and quiet place, which gave us background for trips around. Very helpful and nice owners. There is excellent communication with Cecelia. We liked to use the bikes for trips to the city and the beach. We highly recommend and thank you very much.

First rate apartment in surprising neighbourhood

Spacious apartment which is perfectly furnished for a (short) stay - and has airco for a warm day. We left the car in the garage and used the bicycles during our stay; perfect for the beach, railway station and the town centre. The somewhat drab neighbourhood has its surprises too; a small shop with just about everything you need for breakfast across the road and two very good restaurants within ± 250m. A great place to stay for a short visit to Sestri / Liguria.

Modern apartment in calm surroundings

The apartment really felt like a home away from home! It is very bright and modern and it has everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. It is nice furnitured, has a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, AC and wi-fi. The best thing was the numerous bikes in different sizes, we are a family with two teenagers and one 9 year old and there were bikes for everyone that we used nearly every day to go the beach. There were also other useful things such as sun parasoll, surfboards and even playkits for small children. It is located in a calm area with a nice terrace. We appreciated the great hospitality of the owners and would warmly recommend this apartment.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben 3 Wochen einen Sprachkurs in Sestri Levante besucht und waren jeden Tag glücklich, wenn wir nach Sprachkurs und Baden im Zentrum von Sestri Levante wieder mit unseren Fahrrädern in unserer netten ruhigen Wohnung eingetroffen sind. Die Klimaanlage war perfekt, die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern ein echter Segen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die vorhandene Wlan-Verbindung konnte mit unserem iPhone nicht zuverlässig genutzt werden. Die Vermieter Davide und Cecila sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Lovely apartment, lovely and helpful host

Our family has been to sestri before so we already knew we loved the place. This apartment perfectly suited our needs, with spacious rooms, a well supplied kitchen and a really friendly and helpful host. There are shops locally to buy basic supplies and the town is a comfortable 20min walk. The bikes that are available for use with the apartment were are excellent we used them nearly everyday to go to the beach or into town for dinner reducing the journey to under 10 mins. We had a wonderful holiday.

Casa pacchetto completo!

Bellissimo appartamento molto luminoso, pulito, spazioso e confortevole. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale; fornito di tutti i classici elettrodomestici domestici e di aria condizionata. Ci sono pure 2 balconi; in uno si può mangiare comodamente e godersi un pò di relax nelle belle giornate. I proprietari sono gentili, socievoli e molto disponibili. Le bici (per tutte le età anche con sellini per bambini) e la canoa a disposizione completano il quadro che, direi, perfetto. Il lungomare , il centro della città e lei spiaggia sono comodamente raggiungibili da una lunga pista ciclabile, mentre nelle immediate vicinanze sono raggiungibili market, ristoranti ecc... Ritornerei volentieri per altri soggiorni...anzi sono sicuro che ritornerò.
