We appreciate the feed back regarding furnace thermostat dead batteries, front door lock and kitchen appliances. We are glad you found the Berk house fantastic! If ever you encounter windows that need cleaning during your stay please call our office and we will send someone out to get them cleaned as soon as possible. The rollers have been replaced on most sliders and there is a pending repair on the downstairs queen slider, making that easier to roll as well. The homeowner and the spa company are discussing a solution for the hot tub jets at this time with the goal to get them all back up and running at full power. -Beach Rentals Management

This person was not a representative of our rental management team. We understand how unsettling this would be and we are looking into who this individual might be to prevent this from happening again. Guest safety and privacy are our top priorities. • Outside Lights Rule: We apologize that the rule regarding the front door lights was not clearly communicated to you upon check-in. We are reviewing our guest information packets and check-in procedures to ensure all house rules are transparent from the start. A staff member only reached out after receiving a complaint regarding the light, but the handling of this communication could have been better. We are so glad you enjoy the location of Berk House. The carpets have been professionally cleaned to remove stains and the rollers have been replaced on sliding doors. The sink faucet has been repaired. We agree the ants can be a nuisance but the house is treated for them on a regular basis, although the abundance of them can depend on the time of year and weather. -Beach Rentals Management
