Dandelion Unit 59. This home away from home is located a stone's throw from the spectacular sights and sounds of the roaring ocean, Walk On Beach, the largest beach in Sea Ranch.
This spacious three-bedroom, two bathroom, well designed, fully equipped and furnished house provides the setting for a perfect family or group of friends' get together for a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation.
The living room has large and comfortable corner window seating, a rustic fireplace and the master bedroom steps out to the jacuzzi on the deck.

You can enjoy a quiet moment, reading in the loft area overlooking the white-water waves or have a raving cookout with friends dining on the large wrap around deck area. Sipping on a glass of wine, soaking in the hot tub below the cold starry night before retiring in the comfortable bed to top off a day of hiking and exploration. One small dog welcome, 30 lbs or under.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.

This is a truly lovely place in Sea Ranch. We were very close to a great beach, and not a long walk from the Del Mar recreation center, with tennis and swimming. The house is private, at the end of a cul-de-sac, and the layout is lovely. The hot tub is large and comfortable, and we enjoyed looking at the stars at night. And because the house is so close to the ocean, we were able to whale watch right from the living room, even getting to see multiple whales breaching!

The house was perfect for our three generation family, from the well appointed kitchen to the hot tub to the ample bedrooms and baths. The views from just about everywhere were glorious. Our stay was extremely pricey but I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The furniture was to our liking and the kitchen was just right for the 3 of us. Hot tub perfect! Glad there was a rice cooker and the perfect vase for flowers! I brought all the right kitchen items this time since we were expecting rainy days and fortunately it only rained at night which made the air so fresh for our morning walks down to the bluffs.I loved the 360 degree views from the upstairs which I used for my little art studio watercolors. Just a few things for maintenance: 1. the curtain blinds in the downstairs bedroom windows were difficult to open particularly the bedroom facing south 2. there seemed to be slight ceiling damage(?leak) in the north bedroom - I noticed while lying in bed 3. a screen in the upstairs loft South side needs repair.Just minor things.Overall, we would LOVE to come back this Spring 2022! Thank you for letting us know about the curtain blinds and the screen upstairs loft. We have now corrected the problems with the screens and the blinds. Painting is scheduled for the stains on the ceiling. Beach Rentals Management

The best thing about the Dandelion House is it’s location at the end of a cul de sac totally va private and short walk to the Bluff Trail and to Walk on Beach. Very comfortable accommodations, clean and well equipped. Great views throughout the house. The kitchen is small but has everything needed. This was my second stay at Dandelion and I hope to return. Your staff are very helpful and cooperative.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in over 20 Sea Ranch houses and this is one of the top two or three. We liked just about everything about the place and the location. Everything worked well, including the blinds and heating. Much of the kitchen seems to be recently renewed; one thing we liked is the lack of the utensil clutter we often find in SR houses. The decor was to our taste and there is no clutter anyplace. Up the steep stairs there is a twin-bedded room and a TV or game area for kids, plus washer and dryer, but no bathroom. Downstairs, the master and guest bedrooms are nice and have identical good bathrooms. One thing maybe not shown in the photos is the excellent large deck which wraps around two side of the house.

The kitchen could use some new cooking utensils, there were chipped plates & coffee mugs that need replacing & the Cuisinart I could not get to work! I loved the upstairs & usd that for writing & watercolors. The first night I woke up to lights & it was the brilliance of the stars that it made me go outside to LOOK UP- Wow! Also thanks for fixing the window blinds since our last visit! I brought a small phonograph & played old records which was more romantic than television! We thank you so much & plan to return this year!!! :). PS WE ALWAYS feltSAFE & the beaches were spectacular!

A slice of Heaven!

My wife and small dog and I spent a glorious week at this special property. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife (deer, foxes, RACCOONS) grazing just outside our windows..! The beach was so close we could hear/smell it 24/7, which is exactly what we had hoped for. The house met all our needs, and was so comfortable, we were barely able to leave when our time was up..!
