The residence Piccolo Mondo has 13 apartments each one with balcony of small garden. It is situated at the foot of Montalbano mountain. On the large terrace with beautiful view over the surrounding countryside there is the swimming pool. Not far there is a camping site "Barco Reale" with football pitch, basket and volley ball court which can be used by our clients as well as booking their excursions by bus or hire mountain bikes. Residence "Piccolo Mondo", 380 m a.s.l.. 13 apartments in the property. In the centre of San Baronto 7 km from the centre of Vinci, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, 50 km from the centre of Lucca, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 16.Sep.). Garden furniture. Heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar.. Mukava asunto hienolla näkymällä
Asunto on peruskuntoinen ei mitää luksusta, mutta kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy, paitsi, että ilmastointi puuttuu, mutta pitämällä yöllä ikkunat auki, nukkuminen oli ok. Asunto itsessään on siisti. Kohde sijaitsee mäen päällä, näkymät laaksoon uima-altaan reunalta on upea. Uima-allas oli todella tarpeellinen virkistäytymiseen. Sijainti hyvä, helppo tehdä päiväretkiä 1- 2 tunnin ajomatka päässä on mm. Firenze, Pisa ja merenranta, Siena jne.

Agréable appartement en hauteur
Appartement agréable, bon équipement de base. Assez bien placé pour visiter les sites de la région et agréablement situé en hauteur où il fait moins chaud (surtout la nuit). Seuls bémols la chasse d'eau des WC pas toujours coopératrice et la terrasse exposée sud-ouest qui est à l'ombre jusqu'en début d'après-midi
