Your tropical escapade awaits at this ground-floor, family-friendly condo just 300 steps from Kamaole 11! If you're in a wandering mood, connect to the famous Road to Hana driving tour of the beautiful surrounding area. If you need an adrenaline fix, you might want to take your chance to snorkel at Molokini Crater, a volcanic crater located two and a half miles off the coast. You must head less than seven miles south and then book an expedition tour that will take you two and a half miles offshore.

This condo is ideal for a romantic escapade, a solo trip to the beach, or even an exciting getaway with a couple of friends. Split air-conditioning and two ceiling fans will keep things cool during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen will have everyone's back thanks to the modern stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils available. Step up your cooking game using the shared gas grills available for some grilled meals. Unwind in the living area and watch something entertaining on the TV with cable before heading out to the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing splash.

Great place to stay
We booked this place as we liked the pictures shown in the website. They are true to what its shown. The place is very clean and the accessibility and communication from the rental agency is simply awesome. There are few great kid friendly beach in just 5 minute walk from the property. Definitely will book again

Great Location
Older unit, with minimal paper products and garbage bags. Construction took place on lanai for a little over a week during our two week stay. Otherwise, kitchen has cooking and dinnerware. Only one set of towels and sheets, but a laundry on site. Air conditioning was great! Comfortable bed! Access to beach and shopping very convenient.

Overall a great budget condo on the beach
We enjoyed our stay. Was big enough for family of 4, 2 teens on the sofa bed. Beach chairs, umbrella were in kinda rough shape but they worked for us. A few bugs in the cabinets but that is to be expected.

There’s not much to love with this suite. It was hot! The A/C was “temporarily” out of service but I did not see a repairman my whole stay. It would’ve been nice if Vacasa would’ve offered the unit at a reduced price. I’m sure there weren’t any other units available since this one was one of the few available when I booked it. I would not recommend staying in this unit at all. A phone call the day I’m traveling to Maui is also inadequate. The unit was clean with the exception of old coffee grounds left in coffee maker.

It works, but not the nicest place
The location was great. South Kihei, but this unit was not too close to the main road. It was basic and would work if you're not too picky... nothing fancy by any means. Here is my detailed review: Could use a bit of updating, especially in the bathroom. The garish flourescent light was unpleasant and the tub was old and stained. The kitchen had the bare minimum of nonstick cookware. The handle on the freezer was broken. The trash can was grimy. The curtains either didn't stay completely shut on their own or they had holes in them. There are actually two sofa beds but because of their location you can only use one at a time without rearranging the whole living room. At least one was mildly comfortable. We shared the space with some small, light-colored ants that never went away. Outside, the Tommy Bahama chairs and mats were pretty dirty and the umbrella was for a patio table so way too heavy to lug to the beach. Kihei Kai Nani was decent overall, didn't have too many issues with noise and the staff was helpful. The pool was nice. I would stay in a nicer, better kept condo next time.
