For your comfort and security, we ask that you respect the following rules: - We recommend keeping the building's entrance door locked (2 out of 3 locks are sufficient). - The keys are numbered from 1 to 3. 1 is the top lock. The cylinder of the bottom lock (3) is reversed. - The apartment door must be locked. - Please keep your keys with you during your stay (no need to return them to the key box every day). - Please do not walk in your shoes in the apartment and leave them at the entrance. - Internet (fiber optic) is permanently connected. The code is on the shelf next to the desk. - Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment. - In winter, please use either the reversible air conditioning (more economical) or the electric heater in the living room. - Avoid leaving the air conditioning running continuously (especially at night), as it is not designed for this purpose. -In winter, we recommend keeping the apartment at a temperature of 19 degrees Celsius (66°F) and not setting the radiators above 20 to 21 degrees Celsius (68°F to 70°F). - In winter, we offer €4 for electricity per day. Beyond this, we may ask for a supplement. - Ventilate the bathroom well (20 to 30 minutes) after each shower and keep the bathroom door closed. - Please do not leave damp laundry in the bathroom (towels, etc.) - You can use the towel dryer - and do not dry damp laundry in the apartment. - You can dry towels and laundry on the clothesline on the street side or on the courtyard side (sheets and towels on the street side) when the weather is nice. - In winter, you will find a laundromat (with a dryer) 150 meters from the apartment at 26 Avenue Pierre Sémard, 84000 Avignon. Opening hours. From 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. - 7 days a week - The water heater is running and there's no need to touch it. -Do not put wipes or sanitary napkins in the toilet as they clog the drains. Only toilet paper. - There is a small stepladder to reach the clothes horse on the courtyard side, and laundry items on the shelf in the bedroom. - Do not raise the roller shutters all the way up (leave one or two slats visible), otherwise they will jam and will not go back down. - If the power ever trips, the circuit breaker is on the landing. - Smoking and parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - If you are staying for more than a week, we would appreciate it if you could water the plants (once a week). - The front door key (3-point lock) will be charged €50 if lost. Other keys (3 entrance keys, mailbox, cellar) will be charged €30. - Please empty the trash before leaving (you can use the trash cans on the street, on the opposite sidewalk). - Please leave the apartment clean and vacate by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

The apartment is large, has a nice living room. Communication worked smoothly, check-in and check-out was performed via a key box. The flat is in walking distance to Avignon city centre which is wonderful, trips to Arles and Pont du Gard are easy using a train or a bus. The mattress could be harder.

The property was very comfortable for a couple and was well equiped. With the high August temperatures the airconditioning was very welcome although we tried to be economical in its use. Parking was in the street but we were always able to find a space. IT was a 10 minute walk to the city walls.
We are a couple in our 60s and very much enjoyed our stay at Jeremie's apartment. As a previous reviewer said it is a 10 minute walk to the city walls where you will start to find the restaurants, cafes and shops. We tend not to eat out in the evening because my partner has mobility problems, so we used the kitchen most nights, the only thing we missed was having an oven. We had no problems parking on the street or just around the corner and we used Intermarche supermarket which is a short drive away. The apartment is a great base for exploring this area of France, Thank you Jeremie!

Property Manager Very Nice Professional & Helpful.
We thought it was a 2 bedroom the way is looked online but it was more of a 1 bedroom. Locks on doors were difficult for us to figure out. We did figure it out, but not easy. And it was hot in the bedroom, during the summer heatwave, there is a fan, but it was hot. Other than that, everything else was great, it is a cute place with a nice kitchenette if you like to prepare your own meals. And very Spacious too.

Thank you for your review. Our ad clearly states that our apartment has only one bedroom. We need to change the lock for ease of access. Regarding the heat, it's hot everywhere in France right now... our living room is air-conditioned, which isn't the case in many apartments in Avignon! Glad you liked the apartment. Best regards.
A nice quiet apartment a little ways from the city walls and on a bus line. Very well equipped for cooking. Great lighting throughout and generous with the towels, soaps, etc. Did not need to use air conditioning or heat or the washing machine. Place was comfortable with dining table and desk and sofa.
Tout était parfait, tant du point de vue de l'hôte que de l'appartement : accueil, communication, localisation, équipement, propreté, etc. Merci pour tout, je recommande !
