The kitchen was well eqjipped for our needs and the entire home was well appointed and clean.Great location...the beach was a few minutes walk away. There a some good restaurants and shopping nearby also.Ginny is a great host...we really enjoyed her.We plan to return again.

We had a great time visiting Casey Key! Located just across the street from a beautiful private beach, Ginny's "Beach Getaway" is perfect for two people. It's incredibly clean and the screened porch is a great place to relax with a book or just take a nap.Ginny is a wonderful host - promptly answering emails and checking in to ensure our arrival/departure went smoothly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal location if you just wanna escape an embrace, the Florida natural noncommercial beach life. Location is conveniently located with private beach access. Lots of sharks teeth on the waterline! Definitely would come back again! Ginny (Host) was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. 5

What a beautiful place. The back screen porch was my favorite place to relax. The place had everything we needed for our week stay. Definitely will rent again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean. We loved everything about it. The beach access was right across the street. The owner welcomed us to access the bay behind her house to fish. I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome place! Ginny was so fast at communication. Perfect for a couple. Short walk to the beach and they have everything you need for beach stuff, bbq, kitchen etc. No e and clean and highly recommend!!

Sunshine Retreat

A pleasant stay on Casey Key. Backyard oasis with lots of birdsongs and 2 minute amble across the road down to the beach. Very comfortable cottage with privacy and quiet. See ya next year!

Immaculate private cottage

This property had a wonderful location with easy access to an uncrowded area of the beach. Its landscaping was beautiful and provided a true sense of privacy. It was immaculate and its kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans, and several ways to brew coffee. Its screenporch is a true gem.

We loved the location and home! Location was convenient to all San Francisco activities. Most days took us 30 -45 min to get to any location (Chinatown, Wharf, Golden Gate Park). Short walk to beach in Pacifica and near lots of little places to eat. The home itself was nicely equipped and had some nice upgrades that we appreciated. Host left us a nice bottle of wine to start are stay and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Woould stay again and reccomend to others!

We came down to help my parents get back into their winter home after the hurricane damage. This Carriage House was absolutely perfect! A few minutes from Venice. Ginny, our host had thought of everything. It was immaculate. Beautifully decorated and comfortable.

This was the perfect little getaway for my husband and I. We felt like we were just in a dream. The cottage was directly across from a private beach we were granted access to. The location is about 25 mins from Siesta Key which we also visited and downtown Sarasota. Ginny was very pleasant and let us check in early. The cottage also had all the amenities of home such as pots and pans, seasoning, etc. I would stay again in a hearbeat.

The place is very cozy, just felt a little odd that we never met the owners given they were right behind us. Our communication before hand though was great.
