Enjoy Florida beach living with this spacious, coastal furnished units on the intracoastal waterway with a private beach access right across the street. The unit overlooks a tropical landscaped garden from your private porch. Enjoy coffee and/or cocktails on a 12 x 12 gazebo overlooking the intracoastal. Fish from the Intracoastal seawall or on your beautiful private beach. Walking distance to two restaurants/bars and a grocery store is just 1.1 miles away. Most important, you will experience the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico every afternoon.

***Boat docks available!! Bring your boat... you may dock you boat in the back with access to electricity and water, and there is enough room for your boat trailer in the front of the property for just $20 p/night!! Watercrafts are also welcome at $15 p/day.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
-take out all trash, including bathrooms. -wash dishes & returned back to its proper place. -dispose all items from the refrigerator -place all towels in the shower floor -turn a/c to 78 degrees
-wash & return beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers to the hallway closet -items used in plastic bags need to be left out for laundering. -BBQ -replace disposable grease pan with a new one & cover grill
-lock all windows, sliders, and combo door... unit door remains unlocked. -leave keys on the dining room table. -Accidents happen… broken items need to be discarded and reported to owner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum capacity strictly enforced. That includes infants and children.
Guests, Private Events or Gatherings are prohibited unless approved, in advance, by the owners. This includes anyone other than registered guests.
Only 1 car allowed unless approved in advance by owner.

Family Beach Vacay

So enjoyed the units being separate but together, getting to be with our family for a week at the beach relaxing collecting sea shells and playing in the ocean. what more could you ask for.:)

Beautiful backyard and easy beach entry

The hosts were great and were available if needed. The porch and gazebo were great at night to relax and fish off the dock. The beach is right across the street and private compared to the main public entrance of the beach. We would definitely come back!

My husband & I loved our stay. It was beautiful. The unit was very clean & comfortable. Felt like a second home. Access to private beach was nice & the backyard was as beautiful as the beach with intracostal waters to fish in! The host was very nice & available whenever needed! Very quiet & peaceful. Very nice area overall. Houses were beautiful. We will definitely stay there again!!

Absolutely perfect

We loved our stay here! This property was perfect for us! The backyard is so tropical and beautiful. We did some fishing on our dock on the Intercoastal. The private beach was about a 3 minute walk across the street. The rental was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Millie was so nice and even took the time to show us around the property when we arrived. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Everything was as stated and sitting in the screened in porch was so stunning looking out at the landscaping with the intracoastal in the background. The apartment itself was not huge but we spent most of the day on the beach anyway and it suited us with lovely furnishings and very clean. We intend on returning as we lost 2 days because of the hurricane but before that the weather was great. Highly recommend.

The private beach was a short walk and wonderful. Not crowded at all. Perfect escape. The landscaping on property was beautiful and the bay access at back of property, I didn’t want to leave.

Very cute place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a relaxing time. We love how close the beach was. About 200 steps. Definitely bring a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach.

We can’t say enough about Millie and her amazing property! Our only wish is that we could spend lots and lots more time here. The property is gorgeous and we had morning coffee looking over the intercoastal and walked across the street to watch the sunset over the ocean every evening.The home has every thing you could want and Millie is super responsive and a gem to deal with. This is by far one of our very favorite stays and we have stayed in a lot! We slept like babies. No noise and we met some wonderful people. A property and stay

I am a native Floridian, that lived most of my adult life in Tampa Florida. My husband's parents had a beach house in Casey Key and he introduced me to this secluded piece of paradise. We were fortunate to permanently move to Casey Key and subsequently purchased this duplex a year later. What we loved most about this property is its tropical backyard right on the Intracoastal and the private beach right across the street. It is truly a beautiful place that I am sure, you too, will fall in love with!!

What make this property unique is the outdoor space. Beautiful tropical backyard with private beach easement. Also you are only sharing space with one other family compared with the typical motels on Casey Key.

What makes this property unique

The duplex is located right next door to our home. We live in Casey Key all year round so we will be able to give you on-site service.

The boat dock (with electricity and water provided) is directly behind the property with room for your boat trailer in the front.

A 12 x 12 furnished gazebo in the backyard overlooking the intracoastal.

Best of both worlds... private beach access and you are on the intercostal waterways.
