Private: natural state property 700 m2, garden 500 m2, parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Idar-Oberstein" 13 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. 3-room house 75 m2. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (100 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. The garden barbecue area is located nearby. Bicycles can be parked behind the holiday home (under cover).

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und mit diesen Gastgebern sehr genossen! Ein sehr gemütliches und völlig ausreichend ausgestattetes Holzhaus, mit Herz und Verstand eingerichtet. Der Ofen war ein Highlight, besonders aber die zugewandte und umsorgende Fürsorge der Gastgeberin (niemals aufdringlich). Leisel und Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen, man kann ausgiebige Wanderungen machen, aber auch ein ein Freizeitpark und Städtetour waren drin für die Kinder (Auto erforderlich). Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, vielen Dank!

Grundreinigung wäre nötig

Alles ist sehr staubig, Kücheneinrichtung ist minimalistisch. Im Badezimmer wäre eine Dusche besser als diese Badewanne. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir sind als Freundinnen mit einem Kind zu diesem Haus gefahren. Es ist mehr als genug Platz, das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Kamin ist absolut fantastisch. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das Bad. Es gibt nur eine Badewanne, in der man sich abbrausen kann und die Toilette bietet nicht gerade viel Platz zum Sitzen, trotzdem würde ich immer wieder in dieses Haus fahren.

Einfach nur schön und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Hütte erinnert an einen Urlaub in den Bergen und auch die Umgebung und die Einwohner alle sehr freundlich. Fahren gerne wieder da hin.
