Cute place, very clean, private, and quiet. It’s only a 20 min ride to Gare du Nord. We had a pleasant stay and definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect one bedroom home. My daughter and I were in France for a week vacationing. We chose public transportation for our entire tire trip and this this home was conveniently located just 5mins walk from the train. Noria was an excellent host, had all amenities available including soaps, TP, dishes, coffee/tea, and some snack foods. Home very clean and comfortable. I had never rented a home before, Noria and her hospitality and communication made our stay wonderful. Recommend to all, and if/when I return to Paris again I will see if this home is available.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, es war für alles gesorgt. Selbst für das erste Frühstück waren Aufstriche und Kaffee vorbereitet. Das Appartment ist sehr kompfortabel und groß.

Merveilleux séjour à Saint-Brice!

Tout était parfait, le logement est propre, il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin, en plus d’une cours privée et d’un barbecue. L’épicerie, la boulangerie et le train sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied! Nous avons visité Paris et Versailles, tout cela se faisait très bien avec le train! Noria et son mari sont très sympathiques et sont d’excellents hôtes! Je recommande très fortement!

Un lieu exceptionnel avec jardin privatif au cœur de saint Brice sous forêt

Une très belle adresse à découvrir au cœur de saint Brice sous forêt . Nous étions de passage à Paris et sommes tombés sous le charme de cette petite maison avec son jardin privatif, au calme et à proximité immédiate des commerces et transport urbain . La maison a été entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût . La maisonnette est entièrement équipée , et surtout ultra propre et confortable. Notre hôte Noria a été d’une extrême gentillesse. Si vous chercher un pied à terre à court ou long terme, n’hésitez plus ! Encore merci pour tout Noria et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir une prochaine fois dans votre si joli logement.
