Gigaro district - near Hotel Chateau Valmer, villa with up to 7 bedrooms for 12 persons maximum. Secured garden and swimming pool in a private domain. Beaches 10 minutes walk along the vineyards and palm trees.

The house, fully equipped on 2 levels, offers:
- Upstairs: living/dining room/equipped kitchen, 30m2 terrace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom (double sink) and 1 toilet.
- On the ground floor: living room, dining room/kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (including 1 in master suite) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms/shower rooms and 2 toilets.
- The rooms are equipped with silent and efficient ceiling fans.
- laundry room with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer and ice maker.

Exterior: enclosed, wooded Mediterranean garden. Large terraces with different dining areas, 45m2 shaded pergola with large table and garden furniture. Secure swimming pool with a submerged beach with sun loungers and deckchairs, outdoor shower, parasols, hammock, gas plancha. Numerous parking lots.

Equipment and service included: optical fiber and safe.

Rental of linens and cleaning during the stay at an additional cost and on request.

The house is located in the secure Domaine de la Vallée Sud, located next to Château Valmer, Domaine de la Madrague, close to the restaurants of Gigaro beach and a mini market. Beaches within walking distance: Héraclée, Sylvabelle and Gigaro. Cap Lardier is at the end of Gigaro beach with its coastal path and its coves with turquoise waters. Free shuttle near the Domaine to go to the other beaches of La Croix Valmer. Village center located 4 km away.

Bij aankomst zijn we opgewacht door onze host, deze heeft een rondleiding door de villa gegeven en wat uitleg over van alles in de villa.De host spreekt alleen Frans.De villa ligt in een rustige afgesloten wijk. Het strand is op 15 minuten lopen.Iets verder is nog een strand deze is nog mooier, vlakbij kun je goedkoop betaald parkeren.De villa is zeer prive, de tuin is zodanig aangelegd dat je geen zicht hebt op de buren.De grote eettafel buiten is geweldig om met het gezin te eten en spelletjes te doen.Er zijn ruime kamers en badkamers, alles nog netjes, geen gebreken.Op vrijdag wordt het zwembad schoongemaakt, dit is geen overbodige luxe gezien alle beplanting rondom het zwembad. Dicht bij het zwembad is de bijkeuken, hier is ook een koelkast en vriezer aanwezig, zeer handig voor je drankje bij het zwembad. In de bijkeuken staan ook een wasmachine en droger, super handig.Het enige nadeel is het afval, met een grote groep heb je al snel veel lege flessen en ander afval, in de keuken staat een kleine afvalbak en die is zo vol.Rondom de villa is geen mogelijkheid om je afval weg te zetten.Je moet met je afval naar de toegangspoort van dit wijkje, daar staan alle containers. Voordeel is dat je geen (stinkende) containers bij de villa hebt staan.De ligging is ook top, vele leuke dorpjes en badplaatsen.

Une superbe maison au calme

Nous n’avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison super bien décoré et très fonctionnel avec ses deux cuisines. Elle se trouve dans le domaine privé, entouré de verdure et bien au calme. Idéale pour passer un moment en famille ou entre amis.
