We had three spectacular days of breathtaking views, well-appointed accommodations, and unseasonably warm and dry weather. Our home base in Wengen served us well for all that we wanted to do.

Lovely place with an INCREDIBLE view. Having a kitchen was very nice to make our own breakfast. The mattresses could use updating and made for some uncomfortable nights, but overall we enjoyed the property. As previous reviewers have stated it IS a not insignificant walk to/from the property from Wengen town center. Not very far, but decently steep, and if you have any mobility problems it would be a challenge for sure. But it was a worthwhile trade for us in exchange for late afternoons on the deck with wine, cheese, and charcuterie overlooking the numerous waterfalls and glorious view!

Incredible location very worth a stay. Amenities are basic but overall comfortable. There’s coffee maker but don’t expect: salt, pepper, oil for basic cooking. There’s no A/c or fans and it’s on the top floor so in the summer it gets toasty. Would recommend to anyone and stay again knowing the minor inconveniences

Leider funktionierte beim Backofen nur der Grill. Eine von drei Kochplatten funktionierte nur auf höchster Stufe. Die Besteckschublade war voller Brotkrümel. Obwohl auf dem Bild eine Galerie ersichtlich war, konnte man diese nicht benutzen. Sie diente wohl dem Eigentümer nur als Estrichabteil. Dieser Hinweis gehört meiner Meinung klar in den Beschrieb. Ansonsten zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Lovely views, ticks the boxes

We loved the views from this apartment. it's a bit of a walk to the lift and not exactly hard work! The bedrooms are comfortable and whilst the living space is small, it's adequate for a family of four. The kitchen would benefit from updating, especially the oven/hob. Overall, a good place which we would return to.

Awesome Location and View

This villa in Wengen had the most spectacular view of the Lauterbrunnen valley and Jungfrau mountains. It is located on the top floor of a six unit building and is around an 8 minute walk downhill from the train station. We really enjoyed staying here while exploring the surrounding mountains via the rail system, gondola system, and hiking/biking trails. The village of Wengen is also very nice with numerous shops and restaurants. They even had a bike shop that rented ebikes at very reasonable prices.

Quiet place in great location

The apartment is only minutes away from the train station, and yet it's in a quiet location. The place is clean and spacious with spectacular views of the Alps from the balcony. Wengen is centrally located, and thanks to Switzerland's great railroad system, one can easily get to and explore many great attractions from here. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful view from the balcony! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, too. The kitchen was well equipped but only 2 burners worked on the stove. It was very hot when we were there but were comfortable with doors/windows open wide. WiFi was good, too. The hill going up to town was steep and there were a number of stairs but it was worth it. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again

A slice of paradise!

I could not believe my eyes when I saw the view from this apartment! This alone is enough to rate it 5 stars, because I could have stayed in its big balcony staring onto the sky-high peaks and the magical Lauterbrunnen valley with little need for anything else. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well appointed and above all, well located in terms of privacy and view point. It is quite an inclined 10 min walk from the train station, and then 3 flights of stairs, but we didn’t mind at all because we were always enthralled by all that beauty... and it helps that my wife and I are in good shape.

Beautiful location, great apartment.

We had a lovely 4-night stay here. Wengen is a great location in the Jungfrau Region and this apartment worked well for 4 of us. We woke up to incredible views from our balcony...looking down on the Lauterbrunnen Valley as well as seeing Jungfrau in all its glory. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the people at the rental office were friendly and helpful. This location is a short walk uphill into town and 3 flights of stairs up in case that matters to you. Check out the events put on by the Wengen Tourism office as there was a culinary tour one evening and a cultural music night another....both free. We got the 3-day Jungfrau travel pass and we're glad we did as that allowed us to get to places we would not have ventured to otherwise, by train, gondola and able car. This was a good spot to base ourselves from. I recommend this apartment.
