Located on the Pink Granite Coast, you will be welcomed in a 150 m2 house, completely renovated in 2022. Modern and tasteful furnishings.
The accommodation
The accommodation consists of a functional and pleasant fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, coffee machine..), with a large table for your meals with friends or family.

The cosy living room invites you to relax: you can watch TV or read a book.

On the night side, the house offers 5 spacious bedrooms:
-On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed (with a desk) and a third bedroom with a 140x190 bed, bathroom (large sink and shower) and separate toilet.

-Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a 90x190 bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 second bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a bunk bed, bathroom/WC.

You can enjoy our garden, the terrace (barbecue and garden furniture and 2 relaxation lounges).

And also, relax in our SPA at your disposal.

You will find: 1 washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, Internet (free WIFI connection),
a fridge and freezer + (if needed in the boiler room).
Travel cot and high chair on request.
200m from the house, you will have all the amenities: Bakery-pastry, butcher-delicatessen, supermarket, bar-tobacconist-press, organic vegetable producer, pizzeria.
About 1km away, you can enjoy the fine sandy beaches of KERIEC and
PORZ GARO. From Port l'épine, you can admire the magnificent view of the 7 islands reserve. But also go fishing on foot and walking. (GR34 crossing)
Other beaches are nearby: The large beach of Trestel, the Royau.

The town of TRELEVERN is located less than 10 minutes from Lannion and Perros-Guirec, Port-blanc, Penvénan.

The price presented includes: beds made on arrival, tea towels, bath mats, electricity, heating, water.
End-of-stay cleaning is MANDATORY (120€).
