Very nice 3 bedroom / 2-bathroom home tucked away in a quiet Cul de sac in Middletown. Home is very cozy and has everything you will need to enjoy a short- or long-term stay. Shopping & Restaurants nearby. 10 Minutes from the Cincinnati Premium outlets, and close to Land of Illusion Haunted House experience in the fall, Christmas Experience in winter and Aqua Park in the summer. You will be halfway between Cincinnati & Dayton, about 30 minutes in opposite directions.

The location of this home was great, rooms were good sized. Perfect size for 5 people. Beds were very hard and pots and pans in kitchen really need replaced. All in all it was okay, There are some holes in some of the walls as well.

Location was good - close driving distance to everything needed in area. Home could use some TLC. Everything was adequate, but furniture is well used, beds were on low frames, blinds on sliding door were in pieces but curtain provided privacy.

Lovely stay

The house is very comfortable. There were two of us and bedrooms were spacious enough to spread out. Kitchen has all the amenities. The host was very communicative and responsive to messages. I had a FedEx sent to VRBO address one month early and host held it for me. Pkg was in the home when I arrived. Lots of dining choices nearby. Good venue if you’re attending Cincinnati tennis.

Great location to Oxford for graduation weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was as described in a safe neighborhood. The home was clean and comfortable with lots of extras. Good communication with owner. We went to our Grandson’s graduation at the University of Miami at Ohio in Oxford Ohio.

This is the second time we've stayed at a VRBO run by Hazel. This home was particularly cozy and quiet on a cul-de-sac. It was perfectly laid out for a business trip and or a family trip. Just as described, very quaint neighborhood, however, the lighting in the neighborhood was extremely poor, which is not the fault of Vrbo or Host. Tight parking for two vehicles if you have two vehicles, but property is on a cul-de-sac, where other parking is available. I did contact the host about a few minor maintence items, as I do all hosts. Hazel, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! We have been booking with her for 3 or 4 years!! Highly recommend!

Adequate but not great

There were areas that were not clean, but when we contacted the owner they responded quickly. The front storm/screen was broken. No glass or screen. The hall bath faucet needed to be replaced. There were 4 senior adults in our group and the furniture was not comfortable. Couches sat too low making it hard to get out of. We brought lawn furniture in to sit on. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with cooking utensils.

Less than expected

We were disappointed with the property. The dishwasher didn’t work, there were leaks on the kitchen sprayer and faucet. There was no dishwashing detergent and we had to wash them( no dishwasher). There were no black trash bags furnished and we were asked to use them for trash removal. The walkway and patio were not swept. The living room needs a lamp and T.V. directions. No hair dryer and missing light bulbs in the master bath. There is much potential with some detail adjustments…A K-cup coffe machine would be nice too!
