Maison agréable dans son ensemble

Bonne nuit passée dans cette belle maison. Confortable, bien équipée (surtout les rangements). Une suggestion cependant d'ajout de grille pain est apportée. Petits hics cependant : quand nous sommes dans le jardin, nous avons un vis à vis direct avec les voisins de droite. Situation non visible sur aucune photo dans l'annonce. Cela pourrait être amélioré par des panneaux en bois dans un premier temps. Et les volets, dans les chambres, tremblent et font énormément de bruit lorsqu'il y a du vent, ce qui empêche leur ouverture par forte chaleur. Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon moment dans cet endroit.

très bon hébergement pour une halte à Montélimar

Le logement, dans une résidence neuve, est très bien situé : proche de Carrefour et du contournement. Il est au calme, pas de bruit de voisinage. Jolie décoration sans surcharge. Placard et étagères très pratiques dans toutes les chambres. Volets roulants électriques et rideaux occultants. Literie assez ferme (j'y suis très sensible) au moins dans la chambre bleue (pas testé les autres). En hiver, la température est agréable et nous n'avons pas mis en défaut le ballon d'eau chaude. Le wifi et tv fonctionnent très bien. Nous n'avons pas profité du petit jardin (entièrement clos) et de la terrasse en raison de la saison (décembre). Nous reviendrons. Merci aux hôtesses.

Très bon hébergement. Bon environnement. Dommage que l'adresse ne soit pas facile à localiser avec les G.P.S. dans la mesure où il s'agit d'un lotissement très récent. A recommander.
