Private Cottage by Mission Bay with Pool, and Spa Massage chair inside!
Enjoy this peaceful, private cottage on the back of bay view property, with an amazing infinity massage chair, and private Zhen garden area. Huge yard with fruit trees, great sunsets, Sea World fireworks displays, and the warm 36x14ft pool. You are walking distance to lots of local, family-owned restaurants, parks and hiking trails.
Great for touring couples or singles wanting to work remotely in beautiful San Diego. The location is close to Mission Bay, Tecolote Canyon, excellent restaurants, and both bus and trolley stops for your shopping, night life or sports events. ALL within walking distance!
Enjoy relaxing in our mini orchard of organic oranges, bananas, passion fruit and figs. Happy to share when ripe. Just ask! Guests have access to the large solar heated pool with multiple tables, chairs for lounging and gazebo or umbrella shade for outdoor dining. Great place to lay out in the yard for sunbathing and a peaceful garden feel. The heated pool is great for late evening swims too!
Other things to note: NO GLASS OUTSIDE ANYWHERE! Pool safety required! No lifeguards on site. It is a backyard pool in a gated yard. We do not expect children to be present, but will consider adults with child guests with 100% supervision.

Why they chose this property
Best proximity to everything I love, and out of all of the traffic! I got the bay, beach, dance venues and the entire coastline. Plus easy access to public transportation close by for gas lamp, shopping or sports events. Plus I can walk to great restaurants, music and parks for hiking in the neighborhood. Love Bay Park! Dream spot!
What makes this property unique
36x14 solar heated pool! I mean it is WALK in warm. GREAT for evening and night swims in the cool coastal on shore breezes. How about those figs, bananas and passion fruit? Or maybe it's the fireworks display from Sea World. Maybe it's just the peace and quiet in this beautiful sequestered yard in this awesome tucked away neighborhood? All of the above!
