As far as rentals go, it was great. We love Sanpuper Cove because you step off of your deck right into the dunes and beach. No elevators, less people. The condo shows a little wear, but most high traffic places do. Master bath has a few spots that need replacing and there were a few scratches/cuts in the drywall in the master bath. Kitchen is well stocked, TVs nice size and all worked. Easy check in process both with owner and onsite guys at gate. Very friendly staff. Place was clean and very satisfied with our stay.

Great beach house! Wonderful community. Beach right outside your door. Pools just a short walk away. Clean and very cute! You can tell the owner loves and cares for their property. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Beach front and fishing charters Destin

Great spot. Exactly as described. They provide plenty of kitchen necessities, house towels and home comfort. Really great location. Can drive anywhere briefly. We loved it and if we visit Destin again, I will try to book this spot again. Thanks so much for having us!

This condo was updated and beautifully decorated. Great location (close to Ricks Sandtrap) and easy access to the beach from the patio. Massive tv and lots of books/games to choose from. Would definitely stay here again! :)

We had a wonderful week in Destin! The Sandpiper Cove unit was perfect for our family of four and small dog. The unit was beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate. The balcony view and walking straight out the beach was amazing! We highly recommend this unit!

Loved it!!!!

I absolutely loved this place!! Cute, clean, great location, and steps from the beach. Had plenty of towels. Master mattress was comfortable. My 4 year old and 2 year old slept in the other room. That bed seemed fine when we laid on it to put them to sleep. Kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor shower was in front of the condo and not on the back porch. That was kind of weird but maybe there’s a reason for it. Overall, I loved it and can’t wait to go back!!

There are definite maintenance issues in the bathroom there is mold and the shower curtain is just gross. Not sure why it is even there as there is a shower door. The air vent in the small bedroom is moldy and coming out of ceiling

Easy check-in, great location, cute beach decor. The unit is in need of some much-needed attention: 1. Ripped and stained mattress pad and torn cover 2. Major mold/ mildew in both showers 3. Water/moisture damage in bedroom 2 ceiling 4. Moulding/stickers on patio door coming off and difficult to close door to beach 5. Broken/cracked floor tiles, missing grout

Just "ok"

Not a bad property. Fairly good size. Short walk to beach but I wouldn't call it "beach front." Bed in main bedroom is fairly worn. Freezer was somewhat iced over. Shower in hall bath would never seem to draw hot water. There are two doors leading to the deck but neither have a screen so you can't leave either open to enjoy the fresh air. Location of rental is fine - lot's of shopping and places to eat nearby. Overall we would say this rental is "average" but certainly not worth the amount of money we spent on the rental and fees. Good for consideration if you're having a problem finding something else. Personally speaking, we would not rent this listing again.

Needs Work!

Checked in on a Saturday: (week rental) 1. Fridge wasn't working (called manager said someone could be out on Monday) we had to store food in cooler and buy ice. We also went and bought a mini fridge to keep the food cold. We got it working the next day.. still wasn't 100% working as the freezer seal was messed up and let most of the cold air out 2. Dryer didn't work. Repair guy fixed it on Wednesday of our trip. 3.A/C stopped working twice during our stay. First time we were told by the property manager it was our fault for leaving the door open to long. It was 95+ degrees every day of our stay, we did not leave the doors open. Watched the AC technician add refrigerant to the system on Monday and Thursday. 4. Keurig coffee pot didn't work. 5. Real estate agent walked inside of the house while we were there to show potential buyers without any fore warning. 6. Comforters are not cleaned after each check-out. So bring your own. 7. Outside of building needs SO much work. We would NEVER return. So much happened on our stay that it didn't feel like a vacation. Best thing about being there was it was 150 steps to the beach.

Check in process super easy and the place was absolutely amazing. Love the space and options for cooking and eating at the place. Just wish there had been a plug for the tub for our baby to bathe but used the kitchen stopper for a quick bath. Short walk to the beach.
