Stepping into this open floor plan unit, is like stepping into an aquatic heaven! As you walk into the open kitchen, living and dining area, you are immediately captivated by the sparkling views of the emerald, blue waters and sugar white sand beaches through two walls of windows. You feel like doing the happy dance and with 3240 square feet of living space there is plenty of room to do just that! You open the balcony door and the warm sun and sea air greet you. It’s the biggest ocean front balcony you’ve ever seen --nearly 60’ long x 8’ wide with panoramic views of the entire coast -east, west and south! Oh, and the water, it’s so clear and blue that you can see schools of fish shimmering just beneath the surface. As you walk back in the unit, you joke that you’re ready for a drink and - what luck! -you discover a Complimentary Bottle of Chilled Champagne sitting on the wet bar's granite counter top. You pop it open…and your vacation has just begun!

We are a family of 4 from Marietta, Georgia. We fell in love with the Gulf Coast and had always dreamed of owning. We took the plunge in 2008 after finding the most idyllic condo which we love to share with our renters.
Why they chose this property
This property has all the bells and whistles! Large open floor plan, Floor to ceiling Windows in every room, Spacious Gulf front Master with large en-suite bathroom with both Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower! You can cook to your hears content and be with family while watching dolphins...it doesn't get any better! For the musicians ...the baby grand piano overlooking the water is an added bonus!
