This charming home was just lovingly restored and renovated. Located in a secluded residential neighborhood, the house features many amenities to make your trip to the White Mountains a treat. Sit back and enjoy the newly renovated and well stocked kitchen, brand new bathroom, and bedrooms each containing smart TVs. With numerous types of trails within minutes of the property, this house is an outdoor lovers paradise. Park your trailers at the house and ride your machines right to the trails!

This home is setup to exclusively host vacation rentals and comes with a well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, oil, food storage containers, tinfoil, zip lock bags, dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, and more. All appliances are brand new stainless steel appliances, and the side by side refrigerator also includes filtered water and ice maker. Each bedroom and the living room also feature LED smart TVs with a subscription to Philo which offers 60+ channels and on demand. Each TV also allows for guests to sign into their own Netflix or Amazon streaming subscriptions. Two stackable washers and dryers are provided for guests who wish to do laundry.

High speed WiFi is available throughout the house and in the yard.

Guests have complete access to the property, with the exclusion of the garage, basement, and locked closets.

Guests also do not have access to the use of the pellet stove in the dining room; please do not play with or attempt to use the pellet stove (the electrical cord has been removed).

Pleasant Stay

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Everything was SO neat, clean and organized. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and spelled out in the description. The place was very spacious and provided a good home base for my family. Filtered water, washer and dryer and dishwasher offered some modern conveniences. Thank you!

Cozy, quiet and well appointed

The house was very cozy and clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, the WiFi was great. The bedrooms were great and the washer and dryer is a real plus. Also ample parking - would go back to stay again as it is out of the flow of the crowds yet close enough to the Whites for day trips for hiking.

ATV trip in Berlin

The property was just as advertised and it was nice to walk into a very clean well organized space, it made you quickly feel comfortable within the space. We had a great long weekend and would definitely chose this space again for a future stay, there was plenty of space for two trucks and trailers in the driveway as well.
