Good for the price you pay

Overall a good stay. Great location, close to white mountains. Spacious. Price quality is good. Handheld shower, kitchen equipment insurficient and it was not very clean. For example multiple dead flies in the bathroom, dirty dishes. Selectively cleaned.

Great cabin like stay for atv

It works great for my friends and I atv trip. It’s not fancy but we didn't need it to be. There’s no shower just a tub but it was fine for us. Cool old house charm

The grass was about a foot tall. We had to borrow the neighbors lawnmower to cut the grass near the entrance of back porch and driveway. The shower, wasn’t a shower…. It’s a bath tub with a sprayer handle, so you have to lay down in the bath tub so water wouldn’t go everywhere. At least a wrap around shower curtain should be there.
