Everything I saw online was accurate. Fantastic view and neighborhood. Lots of deer roaming around. Hot tub was used both nights and host allowed us to bring our black stone flat top. Kitchen had everything we needed. And Zach was a wonderful host. If ever back in the area will check to see if it's available.
Third Time to Stay at Rocky Point Lakehouse on Lake Belton
My family enjoys staying here for our family lake vacation. It is a nice water front property located on a cove where our family enjoy swimming and kayaking. The kitchen is well stocked and the garage has been converted to a TV/game room. Lots of fun for all!!
My family loved this wonderful home!! Super clean, lots of amenities and the play room was a huge hit! Outside was gorgeous views and we enjoyed walking on the rocks towards the water. Definitely will be back!
Three families (6 adults, 6 kids) had a blast staying in this wonderful house. Game room was a nice bonus for the kiddos, and there was lots to do with the lake and in Belton proper. Zach was very communicative and helpful with our planning. Great place, 10/10!
We had our family to Rocky Point and it was the perfect hang out house! Everyone had space and the game room was an added bonus. The view was spectacular and the deer were a fun added bonus!
Our hosts were responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!
This home was perfect for our long weekend visit with our parents and our son and grandson. We had three generations staying with us and the home was comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The home had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the deck was amazing.
We needed a respite amidst the hot central Texas days. Rocky Point Lakehouse was exactly that. The house is very well appointed, beds very comfortable, and it has a cozy feel. We loved the view from the living/dining area and even made time for a long morning on the breezy deck.
This was a great property! Morning coffee with a beautiful view and deer watching in the evening on the best porch in the neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here…you will not be disappointed! Checkin was easy and Zach was very accommodating. Thank you again Zach for being so gracious to our group! Book now!!

The house was nice enough, but not very clean, which was quite disappointing. :/Property manager was good to answer questions.
Beautiful deck out back. Great place for watching deer, boats, birds, sitting in silence or sweet conversations. We were 8 adults that are in a church life group together. Location was great. You felt secluded, but anything you might need is close- groceries, drug store, restaurants or medical care.
My family, including two sisters, their spouses and their 5 kids (ages 18-9) all stayed at Morgans Point right during the holidays. We were in town to celebrate my Grandmother’s 90th birthday! Zach was a fantastic host who communicated everything we needed. The property was incredible and the views were amazing!! Property was clean and well loved and we will definitely be coming back!
So pleased with this property! Would definitely stay here again. We needed a place near my elderly stepfather who lives in Belton. We gathered family from NY, TN & TX. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook & host a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. The deck was great for enjoying sunshine during the day and the grandkids loved the hot tub each evening. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond each time I contacted him. Great place to gather family and make memories.
Overall, the place was amazing. I didn't realize it when I booked this place, but I thought we were celebrating 2 anniversaries. It was actually 3. My sister celebrates the day she and her husband met, which was July 4. Our 41st was June 30. And, my brother's was July 1, which I knew. This place was great! The view is spectacular - overlooking the cove with Morgan's Point marina. At 63, a clean house is a must. When we walked into the house, it was evident the bathrooms had just been cleaned. When we were not on the lake we were cooking and hanging out on the porch with the view. We all agreed that we'll have to do this again next year. Thanks
Everything at the house was just as clean and pretty as shown in the photos. The house and bedrooms were large and the kids loved the game room. The grill was not usable, which was the only disappointment. Also we were there in July and the lake levels were really low. So you could still walk down to the water but it’s a hard, rocky, and long walk. But there is a swim/beach park only 10 minutes away.
Rocky Point Lakehouse is a lovely retreat. My two best friends from college and I like to get together at least annually. We pick a spot away from our own cities then abandon jobs, family, all duties to reconnect with each other and relax. This house was a perfect spot. We spent many hours on the porch talking and absorbing the sounds of spring time., drinking coffee then cocktails. The views from the kitchen and living room kept us in the part of the house most of the time. We made our way down to the water to look at the rocks and turtles and then back up checking out plants along the way. Any issue that popped up (light by hot tub went out) was fixed right away by Zach. We sure appreciated our days at the lakehouse.
