Nice, clean and comfortable condo with river view. Great access to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful location and very clean! A bit of a miscommunication when checking in, but was worked out fairly quickly and the lady in the management office was very helpful.
Wonderful property that is well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially sitting out on our balcony overlooking Fall River. We look forward to visiting again
Great location with quick access to the Fall River entrance at RMNP. Super easy to Estes Park but away from the crowds. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Fall River right off the deck. Newly updated and very nice. Highly recommend!
Cute, little condo. Nice for a couple and easy drive into Estes park. Enjoyed large tub, however jets did not work. Place could use new linens, towels, sheets.
It was a cozy place for 2 people but the main reason why we rented this place was because of the jacuzzi tub that was advertised because after taking long hikes in RMNP it would have been great to take a nice jacuzzi but it Did Not Work so we were victims of False Advertising!!!
The property has amazing views of Fall River. We even had an elk right outside our deck one morning. The condo was well maintained and everything looked like it was new. Rocky Mountain national park is only a few miles from the condo which was nice! The only cons would be that it was pretty small for our family of four. It was also very hot inside the condo especially on the loft. Even with the windows open and fans on it was pretty hot and hard to sleep at night. This place would be ideal in the spring or fall because of this. Overall had a great stay!
We stayed here for two nights while visiting RMNP. It’s less than a mile from one of the entrances. The unit itself was beautifully maintained and the grounds were peaceful and clean. The kitchen was super well equipped. Beds were very comfy and bathroom was nice. Our one concern was that smoking is allowed on the grounds (not in the units) and people both below and next to us smoked which meant we couldn’t really sit on the patio and enjoy the beauty without smelling smoke, and since windows needed to be open to keep the unit cool, it also wafted into our living area and bothered the kids. So, if you visit in the summer and are sensitive to smoke, I’d be mindful of this. I suspect it’s not an issue when it’s cold and windows are closed.
This condo was the perfect place to stay in Estes Park, felt private but was close to everything! When we pulled up an elk was eating right next to the condo! Check in/out was very easy and everything was explained in the welcome packet. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being right on the river and walked the area several times. The furniture was very comfortable, our teenager loved the loft bedroom! The deck had a great view and was a nice place to sit and relax in the evenings.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Comfortable beds, wonderful back deck, great location. The only negatives are that the bathtub is a large jet tub which was a little difficult to get in and out of and there is no hair dryer. But these things did not keep us from enjoying our time there. We would definitely stay here again.
