Two bedroom, two bath, light and airy condo. Open to responsible couples and small families, you’ll love the location of this end unit two bedroom, two bath condo literally on river’s edge.
The Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is just 1.5 miles west with downtown Estes Park 3 miles to the east. A peaceful wooded setting with the sights and sounds of the river flowing by. The condo comfortably accommodates for a guest, but it’s also perfect for a couple wanting a little more room.
Easy access to major roads and streets makes this a great choice for a winter getaway. You will enjoy the elk and other wildlife who frequent the river corridor and pass through the condo grounds.
The interior is warm and bright with mountain rustic furnishings. Enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace while watching the river flowing by.
Spacious bedrooms – bedroom on main level features a king size bed. The upstairs bedroom is a cozy loft space with plenty of privacy, queen size bed and features its own bathroom en suite.
Quality stainless steel appliances highlight the well-stocked kitchen. Lots of glass along the front of the unit look out to the deck and beyond to the river. Additional amenities include WiFI, electric grill, washer/dryer.
Being one unit in a two unit building – which is detached and on the opposite side of the river from the rest of the small complex – means you’re going to experience a more peaceful stay than you’ll find in a larger complex elsewhere in the area

We had such a great time in Estes Park. The cabin was perfect!! Everything I realized I had forgotten was there for our convenience. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. It was very clean and comfortable!
We were very happy with the amenities and cleanliness as well as the peacefulness of the river in the background. We woke up with 6 inches of fresh snow outside after playing card games in front of the fireplace the night before. We would recommend this property to anyone!
Perfect place for two couples with two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Well appointed with cute cabin decor & a nice outdoor deck looking out on the river. We came to visit RMNP and this location was very close to the entrance. Would love to stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very close to town. Our favorite part was the quiet seclusion surrounded by amazing mountain peaks. We also enjoyed watching the resident hummingbirds drinking from the feeder on the deck. W'dd definitely stay here again.
This was a great rental.. we go to Estes at least 3 times a year and this condo is our new favorite!! Clean; great layout; close parking and close to town… very quiet!!
Close to town but just far enough out that you feel secluded and truly in the mountains. This condo has a wonderful spot right on the river, was so clean and checked every box. Thanks for a great stay!
We loved the place. Quant and Cozy and the river outside was the bomb. Perfect spot for relaxing and close to town. Would come back again and again. I give it 10 stars
I booked 7 cabins at creek side condos for a corporate retreat. Sharon's cabin was clean, well appointed, and well maintained. You are literally on the water in this cabin. I highly recommend staying here. I am already booking now for next year.
A very cozy condo on the edge of rocky mountain national park. We had a great stay here in winter. Facilities were excellent and the property well maintained with good facilities. Both the loft and master bedroom were very cozy. Both had an ensuite which was very convenient!
Great little creekside condo, quiet, and easy access to town and park. This is the most well-appointed condo we've stayed in. Host is on point, polite, and wonderful! Comfortable beds and a great kitchen and living space with fireplace and TV. Highly recommend.
Loved the location with the river just off the deck. Place was clean, kitchen well stocked and nicely decorated. Great having one bed and bath on main floor with the other one upstairs. Gives everyone their privacy. Worked well for 2 couples.
This was our first time visiting Estes Park and also staying at Vrbo. The condo was perfect! Located directly on the Fall River. Literally steps out our back door. It was very clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for our week in Estes Park. We definitely plan to visit again and stay at same condo
This property was everything described. Quiet, peaceful, so clean and welcoming. The sound of the river flowing by each time you open the sliding glass door was everything. It’s rare to find a property this clean and spotless. The thoughtful details behind every inch of the home makes you appreciate the host all the more. We will definitely be back!!!

Why they chose this property
My grandparents built a cabin in Estes Park in the 1950's and my family has continued to live and vacation here ever since. I am thrilled to offer this sweet condo to others wanting to enjoy and explore Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. The river, wildlife and tall pines make this place special. The location is ideal-located between town and RMNP.
