Tangerine Sunsets Winton Rose is one of our fully equipped, 1-bedroom, 1 bath vacation properties with lots of amenities. This unit is located on the eastern side of the island and close to the beach, restaurants, stores, public transportation, and packed with standard Tangerine Sunsets services such as complimentary Netflix, free drinking water, coffee, tea and high speed internet.

This home is furnished and equipped with all standard appliances, dishware, cookware, bedding and towels, along with an ironing board and hair dryer. A smart HD TV with complementary netflix, apps like Youtube and live TV are also included for your enjoyment.

- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.

- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.

- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use property facilities.

- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.

- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.

Housekeeping discovered several issues in the unit after this guest checked out. There was a clear evidence of smoking inside, despite our strict No Smoking policy. We also discovered food and garbage that had been left out too long, resulting in a maggot infestation. There was also black residue all over the tub wall and sink, and the pillows had brown and black stains. These damages required extensive professional cleaning services. We attempted to reach out to the guest several times. When he finally responded to one of our messages, he claimed that we fabricated the smoking evidence and blamed us for not sending a cleaner during his stay instead of cooperating or apologizing. We do not advertise an on-call cleaner and the guest did not inquire about this service. Due to this deliberate refusal to take responsibility for the damages, we have blacklisted this guest from all of our properties and do not recommend him to other hosts.
