The place was just as described. It had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The cleaning crew had just showed up when we got there at 3. We had flown all night from Texas and had to wait another 2 hours before we could get in.

Nice Little Apartment
Great location for me. Quiet neighborhood right on the bus line and very near the Metro. Plenty of space and all appliances were new, funtioned well, and I especially enjoyed the large shower.
Wifi worked flawlessly.
The view was wonderful!
However, it was very dusty and not cleaned well when I arrived. This is probably the biggest complaint. I washed the bed sheets and pillowcases. There were long, dark hairs in the bathroom and bedroom.
I did not enjoy having to go to a small shop to retreive the key, though I understand why this may be necessary for an owner. I had to leave before the key drop location opened and was permitted to leave the key inside the apartment.
The light in the lobby sometimes came on when exiting the elevator. I had to use my cell phone as a flashlight about half the time.
