Affacciandosi alla finestra si può ammirare la Tour Eiffel e soprattutto di sera ammirare la Torre illuminata dal proprio appartamento è davvero bello. La zona in cui è collocato è molto tranquilla e abbastanza vicina (10 Min a piedi) a due fermate della Metro. Quindi in 20-30 minuti si raggiungono il 1° o 2° arrondissements. Lo consiglierei anche se, nel caso si debba stare a Parigi solo qualche giorno, una zona più centrale fa sfruttare ancora meglio il tempo. Certamente il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questo appartamento è buono

Die Wohnung war in schlechterem Zustand als auf den Bildern. Vieles war nicht sauber und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen waren das Bad, der Übergang auf die Terasse, die Fenster und Türen (vor allem die Balkontür) und das durchgesessene Sofa (was wir nicht benutzen mussten, uns hat das Bett gereicht). Alles in allem ok, weil wir fast nur zum Schlafen dort waren, aber besser geht auch ;-)

The self check in and check out were good and very well explained. The flat was good and nice. It's in a residential neighborhood so silence and calm. It'very well connected by the metro, with 2 subway stop at 5-6 minutes. Obviously being a residential neighborhood there is no movement in the evening. The Tour Eiffel view from the terrace is very suggestive

La location est bien placée mais les équipements et l’aménagement sont à revoir :Table branlante,2 chaises intérieur,Mobilier extérieur usagé,La vaisselle est rangée dans le placard dans lequel est placé le frigo,La porte de la salle de bain/toilettes s’ouvre toute seule.Bref, avec une rénovation l’appartement pourrait être correct mais en l’état l’expérience est décevante.
