The Pioneer House is at the origin of Chalets-Village. This contemporary chalet, in the heart of the action, has been available to rent since 1988. The country house is beautifully located between two heritage homes.

This house was inspired by traditional Quebec architecture. With its slanted roof, distinctive windows, fireplace, chimney and outward appearance, the chalet finds a balance between traditional and modern.

Skylights and abundant windows provide ample natural light as well as an excellent opportunity to enjoy the local landscape.

The Pioneer House can accommodate up to 12 people. The total surface is 2,200 ft2 (205 m2) over three floors. You will find yourself within minutes of Mont-Sainte-Anne’s ski slopes and bike paths.
