As indicated by its name, this chalet is a pair with the Upper Twin House. Like The Pioneer, these chalets are modern adaptations of the ancestral Québécois style. The window design, the slanted roof, the fireplace and chimney, as well as the exterior are all features of this style.

Newly renovated, The Lower Twin House’s design has been entirely redone.

The Twin chalets, rented together or separately, offer a comfortable space for groups. Each chalet has 5 closed bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 washrooms, which offer practicality and privacy.

The abundant windows cast natural light throughout the chalets and the large terrace allows you to admire the local landscape and enjoy the fresh air. For even more tranquility, the chalet is set back on the old Avenue Royale.

The Lower Twin House can accommodate up to 14 people. The total surface is 2,350 ft2 (218 m2) across all floors. The living room floor is made of massive oak wood.
