Welcome to the Villa Capriani! In unit 110A you will be treated to resort amenities in this majestic property on N. Topsail Beach. This property boasts three gorgeous pools, two hot tubs, beach access and the top rated restaurant on the island. Inside the condo you will enjoy spacious accommodations with tremendous views of the ocean and the pool deck. If you are looking for a place to escape, unwind and pamper yourself to what North Topsail has to offer 110A in Villa Capriani is your answer!

From May 1st until September 25th all rentals are 7 days from Saturday checkin at 3:00 p.m until the following Saturday checkout at 11:00 a.m.

All guests who book with us will receive a free $50 gift card to Splash by the Sea, the premiere restaurant on TopSail Island.

This unit does not come with sheets, pillow cases, any linens or towels. There are a number of service providers on the island or guests may bring their own.

This unit is located in the Villa Capriani on North Topsail Beach, NC. The address is 790 New River Inlet Rd. North Topsail Beach, NC 28460 and is unit 110-A. This unit is located on the right side of the complex.

Great Spot for a young family

We've stayed at Villa Capriani for 6 years now and have enjoyed it every time. This condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We will definitely think about booking this condo again!

Nice location with numerous pools and a great beach

This condo is located just over the bridge, convenient to shopping. It was crowded for July 4th week. The biggest draw for this property are the numerous pools and the wide, clean beach. The condo itself needs some updating and a thorough cleaning. Four of us were comfortable. It would be a bit tight for 6 people.

Absolutely Amazing for the 3rd Year!

This was our 3rd time staying at this place! The owners are amazing and very quick to communicate with us if any issues arise! This place is gorgeous and right on the beach! There is a local restaurant where you can sit and see the ocean. The view from the room balcony is a breathtaking view of the beach! The place is spacious and can accommodate a large family. The pools are great for all ages! They have a small pool area with a waterfall that is 3ft all around. There are also two nice hot tubs. I love that the condo is so close to the ocean that we can go inside to eat lunch! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Great getaway

The condo was great. Had a great view of the pool and could also see the beach. It was nice to have the option of the beach or pool. My son loved it because there were many kids for him to play with.

Amazing!

Property looks exactly as it does in pictures! William Waller is super quick with responding to any questions I had! The Villa is the perfect place to vacation. I specifically liked our condo, as we could see if the hot tubs were free before heading down. The complimentary gift card is wonderful! His condo setup is perfect for a family. We especially loved seeing the ocean from our living room everyday.
