Just returned a few days ago and am already trying to find a time to go again! The condo was great - had everything I needed - and the view was outstanding. If I wasn’t at the beach or the pool, I was on the balcony. The hosts gave me all the info I needed, checked in to be sure I had what I needed, and the check-in process was super easy. I cannot wait to book another trip!

My husband and I had a great stay and loved everything about Opa's Ocean Oasis condo! Sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee and overlooking the beautiful resort property enjoying the ocean view was definitely the highlight for us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and soft beds and has everything you need. Loved the well equiped kitchen for all your cooking needs. It's always nice to have hosts that go above and beyond and provide many nice extras such as the k-cups,sugar,creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Plus love modern features like keyless entry, smart tvs, reliable wi-fi. I Loved, Loved, Loved playing the video table with my old favorite 80's games, what a great reminder of the past while my husband relaxed in the massage chair many times. What cool "extras" to think of. Then there's the resort itself. So many incredible amenities. There is always something for everyone to do and see and a great restaurant to conveniently eat at. Such easy beach access. Steve was a terrific host. Great communication from start to finish and when we had a very small issue he was extremely proactive on getting it taken care of right away. We are very excited to return to this condo in the near future!

What a great place for a small family getaway!

We stayed for a few days and the place had everything we needed. It offered a welcoming space to sleep and eat, a pool, a hot tub, and a lovely environment by the beach. Perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.

Top of the line at Topsail!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Location, cleanliness, and amenities were spot on. The condo itself was perfect for our family of four. Easy check-in and checkout process. We definitely plan on staying here again!

The condo is beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable, and clean. Bedroom was large with plenty of space to spread out. Bed is comfortable. Living room sectional is clean and comfortable, great for relaxing at night after a long day outside. Although the condo is set back from the ocean, you are able to see the pools, property, AND ocean from the balcony. Very convenient to have an insight restaurant and bar. Very short walk around the building to the beach and what a magnificent beach it is. My heart feels happy just thinking about it. Such a fun weekend getaway.

This was our 4th visit to the island. We love it here. Check-in was so easy and communication was AMAZING! Weather did not cooperate with our plans but plenty to do with the retro video games, board games and stocked kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved the massage chair and SOFT beds! Easy beach access. Thanks for the hospitality.

Love this place!

Such a wonderful condo! All the comforts of home and more! What fun to have arcade games and a huge massage chair! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Owners are great communicators and we would definitely stay there again!

Topsail

We really enjoyed everything. The pool and beach were wonderful and not too crowded. The condo was perfect. My only complaint is as a person with a handicap the hot tubs and part of the pool were inaccessible to me.

Great condo... exactly as advertised! It's clean and feels like everything is new. It's exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The balcony view was so nice and we spent hours there. The arcade machine was so much fun, and the massage chair too. We will definitely be coming back for a longer vacation.

Perfect in every way!

The condo is beautiful. The complex is well kept. You can see the surf and the pools on the property. Our family loved the place. Communication was awesome. All questions answered very quick. Don't hesitate to book this place.

Great place!

Everything was great! Only small issues we had were the bedroom windows don’t open, we would have liked to open them at night and possibly better mattress for the master bedroom. But still was a great time and beautiful area!

Your feedback on the bedroom windows was helpful as we've now made sure to include that detail in our listing so that future guests will not be disappointed too. Unfortunately, those floor-to-ceiling windows are for emergency use only as they have no screens and are 30+ feet above the ground. Our King Mattress has typically had favorable reviews with our guests, but again, we appreciate your honesty. The mattress is a brand new, highly rated, Lucid 12" Hybrid. The description from the website says it consists of 2" of bamboo charcoal memory foam, 1.5" of aloe vera foam, 2” support foam, and 6.5” of encased pocket coils for a medium-plush feel, fully supporting the body and back in all sleep positions. We do hope to see you and your family again in the future! Thanks again!

Great family getaway

The property was a great place for our family of 5. The place was clean and the ease of going in and out of the condo was great(no key just a key pad to enter and exit). The pools were great and the kids enjoyed hopping from pool to pool to hot tub to ocean. Anytime I had a question regarding the area I received responses very quickly. The restaurant on site, Splash by the Sea, was also a nice option(Saturday kids eat free). We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful hidden gem

As advertised! Condo was everything as explained and pictures were spot on. Everything worked and functioned as it should. Made for a very relaxing stay and just steps away from the beach. Topsail is very laid back and we are looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect condo!

We were very impressed by this condo and the owners! It is beautifully decorated, super comfortable, had everything we needed, and has a great view. Even the chairs on the balcony are super plush and comfortable. The owners sent wonderful, detailed check in and check out instructions, asked how our stay was going, and was very flexible with us on check out time, as we forgot there was a time change that weekend! We are already excited to come back later this season when the weather is nicer. Thank you so much!

Upscale condo

The condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need down to starter soaps and k-cups + creamer. Super clean and felt fresh. We loved the privacy of the master suite and the amount of space for our family to settle in. The pools are nice. Note that you most likely will have to park across the street for most of your stay. It was easy to find a table and lounge chairs daily by the pool and plenty of room on the beach to spread out. We loved it!

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at this condo. The couch and rooms were cozy, and we had ample space to play games, have meals, and do our puzzles. The washer and dryer were essential after having beach and pool time multiple times through the day and evening. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed the arcade and the massage chair was great to relax in the evenings. We had all the essentials in the kitchen to make easy meals. We had a great view of the pools and ocean from the balcony, and they were both easily accessible from the condo. It was a great vacation overall!
