Quietly located in a small village in Livradois, 22 km from the Chalmazel ski resort, 40 km from the Praboure business park and 12 km from Ambert, architect-designed house of 180 m2 including 4 large bedrooms, a living room with double-sided fireplace, a television lounge area with a reversible sofa, a billiard room, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a pantry with a 2nd toilet. The whole allows for a dozen beds.
In fine weather, take full advantage of your meals on a very large terrace where you will be lulled by the song of the stream located below the cottage.

Réunion de famille avec des enfants de 8 à 12 ans et dans cette maison nous avons eu ce à quoi on peut s'attendre. Tout le monde s'est régalé car nous avons pu faire randonnées, via ferrata et visites. La location est très bien située.

Séjour très reposant

Nous avons pu profiter de ce très beau gîte afin de passer d'agréables vacances entre amis. Le gîte est situé au calme, et nous pouvons observer les étoiles le soir. Peut-être un petit inconvénient : il n'y a pas beaucoup de randonnées à proximité immédiate, il faut donc prendre la voiture pour faire quelques kilomètres. Nous recommandons tout de même ce gîte!

Très bon endroit pour rayonner. Les points forts de la maison sont les différents espaces, une grande cuisine et une grande salle à manger. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse également ! Peu adapté pour les personnes âgées et les très jeunes enfants, beaucoup de niveaux et d’escaliers.

Maison de famille dans laquelle on se sent vite chez soi, très bien équipée. Le billard est un plus, à condition de ne pas avoir de problème pour monter les escaliers , ce qui était notre cas !
