Welcome to Trabuco Canyon. This four bedroom, 3.5 bath home has been completely updated from flooring to paint. Yards are meticulous and ready for children with a trampoline and swing. The back patio is meant to be a lounging space with sofas, chairs, heaters and a tv. The home has a formal dining room that can seat up to 12 and a dine in kitchen that can seat up to 6. A formal living room and a great room both invite you to relax with fireplaces in each.
