About this property

Nice house 5mns from town center and greenway!

My house is an old house but completely renovated, close to the historic center of PĂ©rigueux, the cathedral, shops, and the greenway.
You can do everything on foot!
Full of light and space, this house offers a garden, tranquility, barbecue, deck chairs, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and completely new bedding. Cleaning included.
1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor.
Free parking space.

The accommodation:
The house is quiet, fresh, and very bright, opening onto a lovely small garden with terraces and a magnificent olive tree.
It is equipped with fans for summer and a lovely wood stove for winter!
All bedding and household appliances are new.
For the furniture and decor, I mixed new and vintage for a cozy and warm effect!

The neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities: supermarket, excellent bakery, pharmacy nearby.
And it offers many free parking spaces.

You can walk to the historic center of PĂ©rigueux, discover its architectural and culinary treasures... and enjoy its magnificent market!

The downstairs room has a double bed of 140cm and a bay window that opens directly onto the terrace.
The large upstairs bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and a view of the garden.
The second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed of 160cm.
The beds are new and super comfortable!
The bathroom has a large Italian shower and a window.
The washing machine is isolated and accessible in a small closet.
The WC is separate.

There are 2 large terraces in front of the house, which faces south!
There is a small enclosed garden behind the shed. You can relax on the terrace on the sun loungers and the small garden lounge, and dine peacefully at the large table.
Barbecue and parasols are at your disposal...

The cleaning fee is 50€.
The Rental Costs for Household Linen (Fitted Sheets, Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Bath Sheets, Towels, Bath Mats & Kitchen Cloths) are €40, to be specified when booking so that the beds are made for your arrival!

Dogs are accepted but limited to 1 pet only, as my house and garden cannot accommodate more. And of course, with respect for the garden, the neighborhood, and my house...

Guest Access: You will have access to all rooms and all equipment in the house.
I have kept the shed and a small cupboard in the upstairs room for my personal use.

Excellent location and manager

We enjoyed this property a lot. The location and manager were excellent. Our only suggestion is to invest in a rail for the stairs because it could be dangerous even for the adults.

A wonderful place to stay

Our holiday was made especially enjoyable by CĂ©cile's helpful and easy-going approach. The house was, for us, the perfect distance to the beautiful old centre of PĂ©rigueux. We had no car with us but enjoyed the Greenway along the river, either by foot or by bike. The shops, markets and restaurants of PĂ©rigueux are wonderful! We highly recommend this property for a holiday based there.

PĂ©rigueux facile!

L'atout de cette maison est d'ĂȘtre en 10 min Ă  pieds du vieux PĂ©rigueux et proche des bords de l'Isle, dont les berges sont amĂ©nagĂ©es pour piĂ©tons et vĂ©los. La maison est un petit cocon au milieu du quartier et CĂ©cile veille au confort de ses hĂŽtes.

On s’y sent comme chez soi - Maison agrĂ©able et fraĂźche

La maison est trĂšs confortable, l’emplacement juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’IntermarchĂ© et le boulanger (mais Ă  l’opposĂ©) gĂ©nial pour les courses, ça fait marcher. Le centre ville Ă  pied Ă  15 minutes, en marchant tranquillement ! L’intĂ©rieur est cosy et arrangĂ© avec goĂ»t. Tout y est trĂšs bien pensĂ©. Les Terrases extĂ©rieures sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables pour y manger ou juste prendre un cafĂ©. Notre hĂŽte, CĂ©cile, est trĂšs Ă  l’écoute et aux petits soins. Merci pour ces belles vacances

Nous Ă©tions 5 adultes , la maison de CĂ©cile, outre son charme fou, est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs bien placĂ©e. A peine Ă  10minutes du centre historique, le quartier possĂšde toutes les commoditĂ©s ( supermarchĂ©, excellente boulangerie, pharmacie, boucher) . Quartier rĂ©sidentiel, trĂšs calme. Je n’ai que des superlatifs pour ce sĂ©jour. Cecile est une hĂŽtesse d’une grand gentillesse, trĂšs attentionnĂ©e et pense vraiment Ă  tout. Merci .

Nous Ă©tions 3 dont une personne sĂ©nior ++ . Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l'emplacement de la location (trĂšs proche du centre ville, de la voie verte) , la proximitĂ© des commerces (IntermarchĂ© de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue), on peut laisser la voiture et faire tout Ă  pieds. CĂŽtĂ© hĂ©bergement, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la chambre au rdc et les sanitaires tout Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, la cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (je cuisine !), la terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able, nous l'avons testĂ©e et mĂȘme y avons fait la sieste ! Belle escapade en PĂ©rigord

Notre court sĂ©jour en cette pĂ©riode de fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e nous a permis de visiter Ă  pied la belle ville de Perigueux. Le quartier est résidentiel et calme et présente toutes les commodités. Le parking est gratuit devant la maison. Il y a un supermarché juste à cÎté et surtout une excellente boulangerie juste au bout de la rue. De quoi se régaler et passer un bon séjour!
