We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Grosseto-Prugna, this charming house with sea view, of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 21 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you will be able to enjoy a large terrace of about 50 m² from where you can appreciate the view and the sun. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A bright living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa and armchair.
- An open kitchen on the middle floor equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... and dining area.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).

Outside :
- A terrace of about 50 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

Common area of the residence:
- Two unheated shared swimming pools, open from May to the end of September. One is a 2 minute walk from the house and the other is a 5 minute walk away (with a sea view).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, mini-barbecue, fan.

The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment, 15 minutes walk from the beaches and the centre of Porticcio. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Visit of Ajaccio : old town, port, museums, tasting, markets...
- Hiking on the Sanguinaire Islands, on the banks of the Tolla Lake on foot or by bike.
- Casino, cinema, Thalasso, Spa, Accrobranche, Bowling, Horse riding, Petanque, Golf, Karting, Paint-Ball, Parachute, Tennis, Mountain bike, Diving club, Sea excursion.
- Swimming, relaxing or water sports on the coast, boat trip, fishing, diving.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Maritime shuttles MUVIMARE between the pontoon of Porticcio and the port Tino Rossi of Ajaccio.
- Coach from the Réseau Corse Méditerranée to Ajaccio.
- Ajaccio train station located at 15,5 km (20 minutes).
- Ajaccio maritime station located at 16 km (23 minutes by car), connection with Marseille and Toulon.
- Ajaccio airport 11 km (13 minutes by car).

Other remarks :
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The price of the bed linen and towel kit per room is 26€.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- There are stairs to access the accommodation.
