Enjoy sunny days on Carolina Beach while staying at our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Sea Colony Condos. Open living and kitchen area offer plenty of room to enjoy time with family and friends while cooking at home. Private patio overlooks oceanfront. 2nd floor condo with covered patio with elevator. Additional sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests.

1 king size bedroom with private bath.
1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and guest bath.
Sheets and towels are included.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Wifi available.

Enjoy amazing oceanfront views with full view of the beach. Boardwalk 1.1 miles away and local eateries are walking distance. Community pool. Outdoor shower. 3 outdoor grills. Parking for 2 cars included on open parking lot. No large RV type vehicles or trailers permitted. No pets permitted. No smoking in unit. This is a non smoking unit.

7 day stay required during peak season, May 31, 2024- Aug. 15, 2024. Check in / out on Saturday. Off season, two day minimum stay, longer term stay available, please inquire with potential dates.

Perfect spring break getaway

Condo was located in a prime location with a convenient elevator and luggage carts. Wonderful Oceanside private deck. Felt like we stayed at a homey family place - with everything we needed. Perfect for a simple long weekend with my daughters. Walking distance to 2 restaurants. Loved visiting in March because there were no crowds and it was not too hot. The only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars was the poor internet speeds/connection.

This was the best condo we have stayed at before in Carolina Beach! Gorgeous views, pool is fantastic and proximity to beach can’t be beat. Kitchen was very well stocked and even had chairs, etc we could use at the beach. Will definitely look to stay again!

Outstanding Rental

If you want a great view of the ocean that is right on the beach with a tremendous location to everything this is the place for you, The condo is spotless and very nice and quiet. This is the second stay here and we will do it again.

Just what we needed

We were visiting family a few blocks from this property for Thanksgiving. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and well-equipped. The beach view is marvellous and it was a treat to go out directly to the beach for a sunrise walk everyday and to have coffee in the large and comfortable living room area with the ocean in view. There were no significant problems and Barbara was quick to respond helpfully. Highly recommended.

The property is exactly as described. Great location, elevator is key and the owner is truly the best! This is the fifth annual mom’s trip in this unit and we are about to go ahead and book again for next year.

My girlfriends and I have spent the last 3 mothers day in this place and have loved it. It's a perfect location, it has an elevator, it's quiet and the owner is SUPERB!!! Hope we continue this tradition forever.
