Nice Sunny Guest House

Beautiful and huge two bedroom place, hardwood floors, full kitchen, nice patio in-front of the unit, very private place, gorgeous yard, parking in front of the house is always available. Very safe, clean, and quiet area. Close to all public transportation, UCSF, SFSU, CCSF, Stonestown Mall, all shopping, and multiple parks. This is the best area in San Francisco and 2 minutes away offers free Ballet and Symphony concerts on Sundays at Stern Grove Park. There is a great shopping plaza Stonestown Mall, with new, top notch movie theater. Also, just a few a minutes away you have access to freeways 101 and 280. This is a centrally located property, access all neighborhoods and tourist attractions in just minutes!

COVID conscious, the property is completely sterilized between guests. We offer a safe and serene San Francisco visit!
The place we are renting is a huge room with the separate entrance from the yard, but it is shared with another studio bathroom and kitchen which are in the room between those studios,

Extended stay

I rented this property for an employee who was in the area for an extended amount of time. Nina was easy to work with and very responsive when booking last minute ensuring everything was taken care of within a two day period.

Don’t Book, False advertisement.

I booked about a month in advance. The post was misleading I thought I was booking the whole house but in the description at the end it said it was a studio. It seems they put the ad like that so they could get people to sign up for the spot thinking they’re getting a whole 2 bedroom unit. When my date for check in was coming up the host said that the place I booked was already taken & that I could stay in another place. I didn’t want to stay there though, because I didn’t want to share a bathroom. So I had to wait till the 24th for another spot to open. The location they put me wasn’t the same spot that was in the ad. When I got there it was dirty. It was very dusty & looked like they didn’t clean it at all between the last person that stayed there & I. There are doors that lead to the main house that the people who live there could probably come in at any point. The host also kept on bothering me about showing the unit to the next possible guest while I was still staying there. Which I feel is extremely unprofessional. She should be prepared for that by having pictures. Not trying to invade my space that I paid for. I ended up leaving early because it just wasn’t a good situation.
