Luxury oceanfront beach condo w/ direct views of ocean and pool. 3 flat screen TV's. 2 bed/2 bath + extra bonus TV room with pull out sofa. All renovated in Aug 2020. Private balcony. Condo boasts 2 pools- one is heated, fire pit, gas grills, picnic tables, shuffleboard courts, & direct beach access. All kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, fishing poles included. Washer/Dryer. Free Wi-Fi. 9 guests max & 2 parking passes. NO PETS! We rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Amazing Condo and Views

Better than the pictures. The owner made the process so easy. Left a book on the counter with instructions, local menu's etc. Light switches and other things nicely labeled. We had a little issue with the washer. She had someone there within a day and planned if they couldn't fix it they would put in a new one. She was available to text and checked in to see how things were going.

Perfect oceanfront condo

This oceanfront condo provided the perfect beach vacation for my family of four (wife plus two teens). The condo itself was updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. It provides a million dollar view of the ocean. It was a quick trip from the condo to the pool or beach. Neither were overcrowded even though we visited during Spring Break. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This was a Covid getaway. Not wanting to interface with a lot of people, this location and unit provided the perfect opportunity to accomplish this goal. We sat on our balcony enjoying the beach, Morning coffee and lunch. The property was well appointed and comfortable. This beach is our favorite beach. We have been coming to New Smyrna for over 40 years and hope to continue this tradition by visiting this property and unit again.

Why they chose this property

The Pelican is one of the best run condos in New Smyrna Beach. It is close to the shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You can even walk to them! There are 2 large pools so there is no crowding in the pools and plenty of lounge chairs so no having to wake up at crack of dawn to reserve your chair. Just a good vibe and friendly.
