The chalet (200m2) is arranged over 3 floors with:



On the ground floor:

- an entrance hall

- a garage

- ski room with boot dryer

- a bathroom with shower and WC

- bedroom with sofa bed and TV



On the -1 floor

- a large living room with stove and dining table

- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue machines, etc.

- access to the terrace

- an en-suite bedroom with access to the terrace



On the 2nd floor

- an en-suite bedroom with access to the terrace

You will have private access to the entire chalet.



In the heart of the Portes du Soleil, close to the road leading to Lac de Montriond, 3 km from the Super Morzine cable car, or 6 km from the Ardent cable car (Plateau des Lindarêts) linking to the Avoriaz ski area.



The free bus stop (line M) is 200m from the chalet.



Just a stone's throw from the magnificent Lac de Montriond, a veritable white paradise in winter and a haven of greenery in summer...



The free shuttle bus (line M) passes every 30 minutes 300 metres from the chalet (from 8.30am to 6pm) and takes you to the Avoriaz slopes in less than ten minutes or to the centre of Morzine in 5 minutes.



Chalet "Les Petits Ours" in Montriond has direct access to the Morzine-Avoriaz-Les Gets resorts, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, a Franco-Swiss ski area:

Nice house, the firewood place is really nice, good heating, interiors of kitchen and living room fi

See above - easy to reach the Skibus easy to reach bakery, house was nice clean! Air condition in the toilets did not work, the surface of the dining room table was very noisy , it is impossible to move anything on the table without crazy noise… would never have such a table surface in my own house… Everything else: fine !
