This 45 m2 apartment located at the -1 level of the residence, with staircase is perfect for up to 6 people.The interior of the apartment consists of two bedrooms with wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, the living room offers a comfortable space with a TV to relax after a busy day as well as a kitchenette.Guests can enjoy the southeast facing balcony to admire the view and enjoy a bowl of fresh air.The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, filters an electric kettle, toaster, dishes and a kitchen battery.Sleeping: Room N°1 : 2 single beds (80x190)Bedroom #2: 2 x 2 bunk beds (80x190) for 4 people (please note that sleeping in height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age).Bedding includes aleses, duvets and rectangular pillows on all beds.
