Worst property I've ever stayed at

Host was very uncooperative. Left us outside the property for hours with no check in information. Lied about amenities on the listing including AC. Would not answer questions or communicate when concerns about the property were raised. Stay here at your own risk. Would not recommend to anyone.

Its an apartment without AC, you didn't ask me to put a mobile AC, I always do it if the guest ask me

Rome City Center

Pros - Room was comfortable, but dark. It is very secure and quiet. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance from major attractions. The air conditioning kept the apartment cool and having a separate fan helped too. Hosts were responsive when contacted. Cons - the room we were given was NOT the room I booked online. While the host did a great job of communicating once I messaged them, they did not inform me ahead of time that they were changing the room. They stated it was because water damage had occurred in the room I booked. I had booked a room with a lot of windows and higher in the building. The room we received was kay, but it was dark. It was also missing two chairs at the dinner table which made it difficult for us to eat and play games with our two kids during the late evening.
