Excellent location with easy access to several metro stations, shops and food both sit down and grocery stores.Great layout that has everything you need including air conditioning which during the heat wave came in very handy especially at night time.Would certainly recommend and stay here again.

Modern apt in the Marais

It's a lovely location surrounded by interesting shops and restaurants in a fashionable part of Paris. The 'brocante' market locally, a special event, was wonderful, and the Arts et Metiers museum is a treasure esp if you are science-oriented. Great bakeries locally are prize-winning.

The apartment was clean, spacious, well located, reasonably comfortable, and communication and coordination was easy. Rapport qualité/prix could have been better, but otherwise satisfactory. (Also, I would have appreciated a few small kitchen elements such as filters for the coffee maker or detergent for the laundry machine. But this was very minor.)

The location is great, convenient to multiple lines of the Metro. The living room is large, with comfortable seating for four. The bed is comfortable and shower is great. The kitchen is adequate but could be better stocked (no can opener or bread knife), and the cabinets and microwave are mounted very high. Access to the unit requires the use of three keys, which we found quite inconvenient. We would happily stay here again.

We went there after your departure, there was no smell in the toilets. However, we still poured a product to remedy this pseudo problem.

Spacious 1 bdrm apart, very quiet inside in a very active neighborhood. Clean, very comfortable, no problems at all with apartment. Stayed for a little over a week. Lots of eating options near by, good proximity to several metro stops. Fabrice (Host) was very accomodating, understanding of the issues a bid SIM card in our phones caused with initially connecting with him. Would certainly use this apartment again.

Clean and pleasant newly refurbished apartment

The apartment has a nice, pleasant living / dining area, nice bedroom and bathroom..All very comfortable with view of internal garden. I chose this apartment because my partner has difficulty climbing steps. Fabrice was friendly and responsive. Tout allait bien. There were many restaurants, bakeries nearby. Le Marais is a dynamic area.

Not as nice as we hoped

The bedding and sofa were stained . The kitchen was missing a few key items and needed some older pots and pans replaced. The upper cabinets and the microwave were out of reach for an average sized woman. The entry with three locks was quite cumbersome as was the multi digit code for the internet . The bathroom was quite nice but needed some anti slip strips on the floor .

At a certain age, when you are no longer able to adapt to the customs and traditions of the country you are visiting, go to a hotel without charm and sterility. You will not be disappointed.
